Raf takes her to a side room and starts to stich up her forehead, "Honestly Raf I'm fine" Cara says.

"This needs stiching now sit still" he says.

"Ow!" Cara says as he starts to clean her head.

"Sorry" he says.

"Raf?" She mumbles.

"Yes what is it?" he asks.

She stands quickly and is sick as she doesn't want to be sick on Raf. "Oh Cara you minger" he laughs as he sits her back down with a bowl as he calls for a nurse to clean it up.

"Oh my god it's all down me" Cara moans.

"Sit tight and I'll be done and then you can change!" he says.

"I feel awful" Cara says as Serena comes in.

"Raf I can take over from here" Serena says.

"I'll be fine" Raf says.

"No you have patients to see to anyway I can finish up and have a little chat with Cara" Serena says.

Raf rolls his eyes as he is looking Cara in the eyes which makes her smile a little and leaves them to it. "So Cara?" Serena starts as she puts some gloves on and sits down.

"What?" she mumbles.

"How's your diet been? Eating enough?" Serena asks.

"Eh...yep" she lies.

"When did you last eat?" Serena says.

"Breakfast" she replies.

"Okay... And your periods?" Serena says.

Cara begins to think to herself as she hasn't had her period in a while and starts to count the days of when it is meant to be due this month.

"Cara?" Serena says as Cara has gone quiet.

"I can't really remember" she mutters.

"Could you be pregnant?" Serena asks.

"Sorry what?" Cara says as she chokes a little.

"Let me put it this way Cara have you had unprotected sex within the past month?" Serena asks.

Cara nods anxiously as she reckons she is pregnant, "Have you taken a test?" Serena says.

"No" she mumbles.

"I'll book you an ultrasound then" Serena smiles.

Cara smiles slightly as Serena walks out and leaves her be. Cara couldn't believe it she had forgotten all about her period as she has been all loved up with Raf lately.

"How you feeling?" he asks as he comes into her.

"I don't know Raf" she says.

Raf just gives a simple nod, She looks down at her hands as she doesn't know what to say.

"Don't you have work to do?" she asks.

"I'm on break" he says.

"Oh" she says.

"What's up with you?" Raf laughs.

"Don't feel well" she moans.

"What is Serena booking for you?" Raf says curiously.

"Wasn't paying much attention" she lies.

"Ohh okay... Well want me to erm... Ask her?" Raf asks.

"No it's fine" she panics.

Cara looks down at her lap "somethings Bugging you please tell me" Raf says.

"I'm fine" she says.

"Cara?" He says as he takes her hand and lightly strokes her hand.

"What?" she huffs.

"Please... Tell me" Raf says.

"I just want to be on my own" she says.

"Fine" Raf says as he gets up and goes to leave the room.

He goes and sits at the nursing station for a bit. He watches Serena as she comes back onto the ward with an ultrasound machine.

"Who's that for?" he asks.
Serena doesn't say anything but puts it to the side and flicks though a few files. "Ms Campbell?" he says.

"Hmm yeah?" Serena says.

"Who's the ultrasound machine for?" he asks again.

"Bay six" Serena says.

"What?" he says before leaving her and going over to Cara who seems a little out of it.
