"Knock knock" Raf smiles as he walks over to Cara. "So when were you planning on telling me?" he asks.

"Telling you what?" Cara says a little confused.

"Ultrasound, scan, baby?" he says.

"What!" She says nervously.

"Serena...she has an ultrasound machince" he says.

She sighs and looks at him, "oh... Raf... I maybe pregnant and well the baby is yours if I am" she admits.

Raf smiles a little as he is really happy but he doesn't know what Cara thinks of it all.

"So yeah I'm pregnant" Cara says, "Well, I don't know for sure" she says.

"Want me to do the scan?" Raf smiles.

"I'd like that" she smiles.

Raf heads out and gets the ultrasound machine as tells Serena he'll do the scan.

"How are you feeling anyway?" he asks as he gets it set up.

"Sore" Cara says.

"A few days off would do no harm" he says.

"I guess" Cara smiles slightly.

"Right well, let's see if this is the reason to why your periods are mucked up" he smiles.

Cara gives a nervous laugh "I guess this could go either way now" she says as she lifts her scrub top, Raf nods and laughs.

Raf puts the gel on Cara's stomach and Cara let's out a shaky breath. "Sorry it's cold" he laughs.

Cara watches Raf move it around on her stomach. She watches him as he concentrates and looks carefully.

"I knew it nothing" Cara says.

"No actually..." he says.

"What you mean 'actually' Raf?" She says.

"There is something there" he smiles.

"Oh..." She says in shock.

"Take a look for yourself" he smiles turning the screen around for her to see.

Cara smiles and bites her lip as she feels a rush of emotion take over her body.

Cara goes really quiet, "well?" he smiles not really sure what to say.

"I'm pregnant" she cries and Raf is unsure whether it's a good thing or a bad thing.

"Are they tears of happiness or anger?" he asks.

"Oh my god Raf I'm so... Happy" she cries.

Raf gives a sigh of relief, and smiles before sitting down on the bed and hugging her. "I'm going to be a mum" she smiles happily as she wipes her tears away.

"Mummy Martinez" he teases which makes her smile.

"I know" she smiles.

Raf smiles and wipes the gel off her tummy, "Daddy" she giggles as he wipes her stomach.

"Well indeed" he smiles.

Cara sits smiling to herself as Raf prints the scan out, He hands her it and smiles.

"So daddy" Cara teases, Raf smiles and sits down on the bed beside her.
"I can't believe this is happening" Cara smiles as she takes Rafs hand.

"Me either!" he smiles as he leans in to kiss her just as Serena walks in on them mid kiss.

"So Cara..." Serena cuts herself off as she see what she easy expecting.

"Erm yeah?" she says as she wipes her lips as they pull away.

"I didn't realise" Serena says.

Cara laughs a littlr embarresdly..."eh yeah" she blushes.

"How was the scan Mr Di Lucca?" Serena says trying to act professional.

"She's pregnant" he says with confidence which makes Cara's blush as Serena is going to presume it's his.

"Okay... Fetal heart beat an size okay?" Serena asks awkwardly as the idea of Raf and Cara having sex makes her cringe because of the age difference.

"Seems to be...yes" he smiles.

"Shall I call Mr Thompson down for a second opinion?" Serena asks.

Raf looks at Cara as it's really up to her, Cara nods and Serena heads out and calls Mr Thompson.

"Not trust my work?" Raf laughs.

"Well?" he laughs as she sits in silence.
She starts to giggle and so he shuts her up with a passionate kiss.
