Im pregnant

A few days later Cara is back at home after her fall and is recovering with a few days off work.

"I'm off to work, I'll come back at lunch and see you" Raf smiles.

"You don't have to" Cara mumbles.

"No I will" Raf smiles.

He leaves her flat with Morven and Arthur and Cara falls back to sleep.

A few hours later she wakens, She gets out of bed and goes and makes herself a cup of coffee.

The coffee makes her gag so she pours it out again. "Oh god" Cara says as she leans over the sink gagging.

"You alright Cara?" Morven asks.

Cara jumps "oh god since when did you come back?" Cara says as she continues to gag as she washes her bile and coffee away

"I've been here, I haven't left you" Morven laughs.

"I thought I heard you leaving with Raf" she mutters.

"No I'm not on shift till later" she says.

"Okay" Cara says as she moves away from the sink.

"So tell me why are you hanging over the sink?" Morven asks.

"Don't feel well" she says.

Morven stares at her as she sits back down in the lounge. "Right well I'll see you later" Morven smiles.

Cara nods and rests her head in her hands before getting up again and running to the bathroom. She throws herself over the toilet and is sick again.

Morven puts her things down at the door and goes to check on her as she isn't sure she should be left alone. "Cara honestly?" Morven says as she goes into her.

"Urgh... I just..." Cara stutters.

"Cara?!" Morven says.

"I'm pregnant" Cara mumbles down the toilet.

"Your what?" Morven asks as she didn't quite hear her.

Cara sits up and leans against the bath, "I'm pregnant" Cara says again.

"Oh I see...with Raf?" she asks.
Cara nods and wipes her mouth and tries to steady her breathing. "I'll stay at home with you today" Morven says.

"No go to work I'm fine... It's only a baby..." Cara laughs and starts to cry.

"Aw hey come here Cara" she says as she feels sorry for her.

"No it's fine... It's just a baby... My baby" Cara cries.

"Are you sure you want this?" Morven asks.

"Yeah I really do" she says.

"Why are you so upset then?" Morven says as she sits beside her.

"I don't know" she says.

Morven laughs a little and hugs her. "Are you sure you're okay on your own?" she asks.

Cara nod and looks at her lap. "It's fine, Raf said he'd come home" Cara says.

"Okay shall I give him a call?" Morven says.

"No don't bother him, promise I'm fine...it's probably just morning sickness" she says.

"Okay" Morven smiles as she helps Cara up off the floor.

"See you later yeah? Take it easy" she smiles.

Cara smiles and goes and crawls back into bed and Morven leaves for work. She sleeps for a good few hours.

Meanwhile Morven has just arrived on the ward. She goes over to Raf and makes sure he is on his own, "Cara could do with some company" she says.

"Oh really what's up?" He says.

"She's been sick several times and she's really pale...she looks quite tired and her hormones have been playing up she's been crying too" she explains.

"Oh... She told you she is pregnant?" Raf whispers.

Morven nods and smiles, "congrats" she smiles. "Cara told me your the daddy" Morven adds.

"Who's a daddy?" Fletch says as he walks past and catches onto what Morven has just said.

"No one..." she lies.

"Oh okay" he smiles as he walks off. Raf decides to take the rest of the day off.

He lets Serena know where he's going and then heads to Cara's.
