Wasn't expecting that

A little commitment

After a few hours her shift is over and she heads home. Morven is getting ready to go out so Cara gets herself in the bath.

"See you later Caz" Morven shouts.

"Bye" Cara shouts. Morven leaves and Cara sits in the bath relaxing. She sits in the bath reading her book 'pride, prejudice and zombies'.

She sits stroking her bump. She sighs as she comes to the end of her chapter in her book and gets out of the bath.

She gets out and gets herself dried. She grabs herself a set of pyjamas and sits on the bed. She sits down on the bed and sighs to herself before getting dressed.

Cara then goes through to the kitchen and makes herself a drink of Hot Chocolate, She sits herself down in the lounge and starts to think to herself about things.

As she looks down at her bump she feels really overwhelmed by things and starts to cry. She sits there crying to herself and overthinking things.

"I promise mummy will make this right" Cara mutters through the tears as she rubs her bump.

She decides to ring Raf. She waits for him to answer once she has dialled his number.

"Raf?" she cries as he answers.

"Cara? What's up?" He asks as he tries to talk over the loud background noise.

"Can you come to mine or can I come to yours?" she asks.

"I'm out" he says.

"Any chance you could come?" she cries.

"Erm... Er... Let me finish this pint first" he replies.

"Fine" Cara cries.

"Okay I'll see you in around half hour?" Raf says.

"Who the hell are you with?" she asks.

"Mates" Raf says.

"Who?" she asks.

"Just a few people I went to uni with" he says. "Do you want to come to mine?" he asks.

She doesn't know what to say as she feels a little pushed around all of a sudden.

"Cara?" he asks as there is a long silence.

"What!" She says sharply.

"Do you want to come to mine?" he says.

"You've got friends round... Forget I said any of that" she says as she hangs up the call.

Raf sighs and decides to just go to her house.

He arrived at Cara's about twenty minutes later and can just see her lying on the sofa through the blinds.

He just lets himself in, "Cara?" He says quietly as he goes in.

"What?" she mumbles half asleep.

"Did you want a hug?" He asks as he sits next to her and she nods a little, so Raf lies down next to her and hugs her and holds her close.  She sits up a little and rubs her eyes. "It's okay I've got you now" he mutters against her shoulder as he hugs her.
