Chapter 42: The new dragon (Part 2)

~Astrid Pov~

"HICCUP!!!" Everyone yelled.

As I saw Hiccup unconscious, I ran to him, but the beast stood in front of me. It roared as the beast spread it's wings, showing its strong and tall. StormFly did a spine shot and hit the beast. But it didn't do any effect. Then the beast to roared as loud as it can, then looked at me. I stood there in fear as I saw the beast opened its mouth, as flames started to appear into a ball.

I screamed as I tried to run, but the beast got me with its tail.

~Toothless Pov~

As I heard a scream from someone, my eyes shot open. I remember that I got knocked out and I heard the other riders yelled someone. As I got up, I looked to my right, where my rider is. I nudged his shoulder to get him up, but he didn't budge. I shook my head as I was having trouble being balanced. As I looked up, my eyes widened.

My rider's girlfriend was in the dragon's grip and the dragon was bout to burn her to deaf. I stood up, having a bit trouble, and shot one of my plasma blast. It hit the back of the dragon's head as the beast flinched. It turned its attention towards me as it growls. I growled back.

"How DARE you to do that." The beast said as I growled at it.

"Cause you are hurting innocent people, that they are not evening doing NOTHING!!!!" I growled back as the beast started to get angry.

"They interrupted my SLEEP!!!!!" The dragon roared back.

"They didn't, you were the one to choose to be awoken. Not them." I said; as it took a step forward as the dragon step back.

"You hurt innocent people that they didn't do NOTHING to you." I continued.

"They are innocent teens that wanted to explore the world. To explore the new things that they have never been before. And you just want to take there lives from it." I growled as I walked towards the dragon as he keep go back.

"I ain't gonna let that happen." I said as I made the dragon got cornered.

I growled as the rest of my gang came to back me up. The dragon roar as he tried to look strong, but that didn't do any effect. I started to form my plasma blast, but this time....it was red. My vision started to turn blurry and my scent of smell started to smell like blood. Then everything went black.

~Third Pov~

Toothless shook his head like crazy like he was fighting himself, but in the inside. Then he stopped, as his gang looked at him. As the teens looked at Toothless. As Toothless lifted his head, opening his eyes. Showing that they are black. Toothless was himself anymore, he looked like he went savage. Toothless attacked the dragon, leaving him with bite marks, scars, and a burn mark.

The dragon fell down, in pain. Toothless was growling at him, until he turn his head towards the gang. Looking at them like looking at there souls. He started to walked towards them. StormFly walked in front of him and roared. Toothless glared at her. StormFly took a step back and move out the way. All the dragons did the same thing when Toothless have them a glare.

Toothless was near where unconscious Hiccup. Astrid hold him tight as Toothless walked near them. He growled as he licked his teeth. As Toothless got to them, he sniffed Astrid. Astrid stood still as he sniffed her. She hold Hiccup tight, while Toothless lifted his paw(or dragon paw, idk what they call it) and scratch Astrid in her left cheek. Astrid hold her pain as tears fell down from her cheeks. Toothless saw what he did and stopped.

He shook his head and his eyes turn back to those emerald ones. He took a step back as he noticed what he did. He looked at his paw (or whatever u call it) and saw blood. He step back and saw the gang, as they were terrified. Hiccup woke up as he looked on what's happening.

"HICCUP!!!" Astrid yelled in relief, as she hold him.

"H-H-hey." Hiccup said in a tired tone. Hiccup stood up, with the help of Astrid, and looked at Toothless.

"H-hey, bud." Hiccup as lifted his hand to touch Toothless nose.

But Toothless walked back, he was afraid if he might hurt his own rider. Hiccup was confused and concern. For his dragon, is walking backwards, making Hiccup more concern.

"W-what's the m-matter, bud." Hiccup questioned as he walked up to Toothless, with some help.

But Toothless refused, he kept walking backwards until he hit a wall. Toothless saw on what he did towards Astrid, he doesn't want to do it towards his best friend. So Toothless run off, away from the other riders, away from his own trainer.

Hey guys, yes, I'm still working on the books. It's hard to type fast since auto correct keeps correcting you, (which that pissed me off). Trying my best to update really fast tho.
