Chapter 44: Insane

~Toothless Pov~

I was running, running away from my trainer. Away from my friends. I spotted a cave as I ran towards it, as I enter the cave. I looked around, seeing if any other dragon lived here. Nothing. I shoot plasma blast into a circle, making my warm bed.

As I lay down, I looked around me. I was alone, cold, and hungry. I decided to get up and search for food. I got out of the cave but then, I remembered. What if someone comes and claims my cave. So I peed in the cave, marking as its mines. The I ran to hunt.

I came back, when my mouth full with fish. There not my favorite, but at least I have something to munch on. I used my night vision, to see if any other dragon took my cave. Nothing, there's nobody. I spit out my food and lay down. I looked at my food as it reminds me bout Hiccup. How he everyday feed a basket of fish, my favorite ones too, and I always enjoy his company.

I shook my head as I started to eat, even tho I don't like it, I'll still eat it. As I was done I yawned. I looked at the sky, from the top corner of the cave, as I saw it was getting really late. I decided to go get some shut eye.

~Hiccup Pov~

I woke up, sun in my eyes. As I sit up, I noticed that Toothless isn't there. I forgot bout that, but I heard light snoring. I looked behind me as I saw Astrid sleeping. I forgot she was there too, trying to making me feel better. And that's why I love her and I'll never replace her or Toothless. I yawned as I later back to my bed. I looked to my right, seeing my girlfriend sleeping peacefully.

I moved a piece of hair and put it behind her ear. After that she woke up.

"Hey." She said with a smile.

"Hey." I replied back.

"How you slept?" She asked as I groaned a little bit then yawned.

"I'll take that as a 'not that good'." She said as she got up and stretched.

"I fell asleep, didn't I?" She asked as I nodded while rubbing my eyes.

"I supposed to go back home after you slept, but I end up sleeping with you." She joked as I chuckled a little bit.

"Come on, let's go get something to eat." She said as she got up and went out of my room. I smiled as I got up and follow her.

Hey guys, I know it's a reaaaaaaalllllyyyyyy short chapter but I have a reason. So I had a long version of this while I was in LA. Then when I got back, Wattpad glitches then it erase half of the story. I had a longer version but since I want you guys happy so that's why it's short.
