It was a bit nerve wracking. I didn't want either of them to slip because I didn't know how far the next village was. I didn't seem to have any problem with it. It was like I had done it a million times. Had we been living double lives? Again with the confusion.

When we finally got to a village gate I assessed my attire questioningly. I wore a short kimono that had a red skirt and black and white top that fell off my shoulders and showed quite a bit of cleavage. I didn't mind it much. I actually looked pretty hot and it wasn't uncomfortable.

Maeko and Chiya's kimono's were much more reserved. Maeko's was mostly black and had a bit of white on it. Chiya's was a pink darker than Maeko's hair. They were a bit short for girls of thirteen though. Of course, I'm not one to talk.

"What is your business in Konohagakure?" One of the two guards at the gate asked.

"We're just passing through." I informed him with a warm smile and watched in amusement as one melted over his face as well. I had never had that effect on anyone before.

We were allowed in and once we were I realized we had no clue what we were doing.

"So, what's the plan here?" I asked Maeko and Chiya as if they had all the answers.

"I'm hungry." Chiya said.

"And I don't have any money." I pointed out and sighed.

"Are you sure you don't have any money?" Maeko asked skeptically and pointed to a pouch on my thigh. I moved out of people's way and searched carefully through the pouch. There were kunai and shuriken and at the bottom, a large sum of money.

"Okay, food it is then." I said and Chiya and Maeko began pulling me down the street. They didn't stop until we came to a little ramen shop. We sat down, ordered, got our food, and then two people sat next to us. It was all it took for the girls not to explode.

"Shut up you two!" I hissed quietly at them. Naruto and Kakashi had taken the two seats next to me. I wished it weren't so impossible to ignore them there. It was like when I fat guy sits next to you at the theater. You spend the whole time trying not to touch them.

"I see you're from Yugakure." Kakashi, who was next to me, pointed out. Maeko and Chiya giggled uncontrollably on the other side of me.

"Oh, yes I am." I responded politely.

"It's a shame what happened to the country. Do you live here?" He asked me.

"No, we're just passing through." I told him and hoped the conversation ended there. We had work to do and there was no time for chatting.

"I see. Where are you headed?" And again with the questions.

"Otogakure." I answered, not wanting to tell him we were going to Yugakure as well.

"May I ask why?" No, no you may not.

"We're just trying to figure some things out." I hoped that was the last thing he would ask, but I knew it wouldn't be. Before he could ask anything else or comment, Maeko pushed me right into him.

"You two should go on a date!" She exclaimed.
