steverogers: Margaret "Peggy" Carter was the only woman I have ever loved in my entire life. She was the woman that was the best at everything she did and damn, I was proud of her. Peggy had dementia, meaning every time I visit her, she would remember me, then forget me in the end. Though, that didn't stop me from seeing her. Peggy had a wonderful life, she got married and had kids. I was happy for her. But my mind kept wondering back to the moment when I was putting down the plane on the ocean.
