really crappy filler chapter sorry !

One of the rules on Jimin's board had been that he had to help with some of the chores. Usually Yoongi just made him pick up his toys, or put away his own dishes (since they couldn't be broken). Jimin, however, one day decided that he was going to take some responsibility and he'd do the laundry while Yoongi was at work. The only problem with this is that Jimin had no clue how to do the laundry and ended up throwing all of the dirty clothes in one load together, things ranging from socks to jeans to Yoongi's work suit.

Long story short, Yoongi needed a new suit and that's how they ended up in the mall, Yoongi with a suit bag thrown over his shoulder while Jimin begged him to go into build-a-bear.

"Hyung, please please please," Jimin begged, pulling on the front of Yoongi's shirt. Yoongi looked at everyone around them, and only a few people seemed to take notice of the twenty year old man acting like a four year old in the middle of the mall. Jimin's 'pleases' were slowly getting louder and louder, each one attracting more attention.

"Jimin, you need to be quiet." Yoongi said, staring right down his nose at the younger boy. Jimin closed his mouth and stamped his foot, and Yoongi had to keep himself from rolling his eyes. Sometimes he wanted to smack the little right out of Jimin. "If we get the bear, you have to promise to be good all week. That means eating all your food and picking up after yourself instead of leaving your things strewn all around the living room floor."

       "But hyu–"

"No buts. You've already broken one rule today, Jiminie. Be glad I'm even considering buying you this thing." Yoongi said. They'd agreed that Jimin would try to act as big as possible in public without having to force himself to be completely Big. He'd done alright in the car ride over, he'd talked about music and asked Yoongi how work was going, but as soon as he'd seen the build-a-bear (which Yoongi had to drag him past the first time around) everything went to pot. Thank god he still held up the end of the deal where he had to call Yoongi hyung when they weren't at home.

"Okay, okay. I'll be good, I promise." Jimin said. Yoongi looked at him for another few seconds in disbelief and Jimin grabbed onto his collar and pressed their noses together. Yoongi found out he normally does this when he's extremely serious or extremely excited. "I. Promise."

"Alright, well, if you promise–" Jimin squealed and pulled Yoongi by his sleeve into the store. Yoongi followed closely behind Jimin as he picked his stuffed animal, and after much deliberation he finally decided on a two headed dragon from one of the movies he liked. Jimin pulled Yoongi to the stuffing machine, practically bubbling over with excitement.

"Well hello, how are you two doing today?" The worker asked, reaching her hand out for the unstuffed dragon. Jimin looked at her and then looked at Yoongi, his eyes wide with panic.

"We're good, thanks. How are you?" Yoongi asked, switching the suit bag to his other shoulder so he could hold Jimin's hand without it being too conspicuous. Jimin seemed to relax as he leant into Yoongi's side.

"Good, thanks for asking! Now, if you just want to put your foot on the pedal, here, we'll stuff up your friend and then get on to the heart ceremony." Jimin stepped forward and handed the woman his dragon, putting his foot lightly on the pedal. The stuffing started falling out of the tube in little heaps and the woman looked at Jimin kindly. "You can step a little harder."

"I don't want to explode him." Jimin said quietly, tentatively pressing down on the pedal. The worker looked up at Jimin, a kind of disbelieving look on her face and Yoongi rested his chin on Jimin's shoulder.

"Don't worry baby, you won't explode him. This nice woman won't let him get hurt." Yoongi said against Jimin's ear. Jimin nodded and pressed a little harder on the pedal, and the woman slowly (but surely) stuffed Jimin's dragon.

"Okay, so you can pick out a little heart here," the woman pointed to a box and Jimin picked out a small pink heart. "Now, we have to make sure your dragon is alive as he can be. So take your heart and rub it on your head to make him super duper smart!" Jimin followed blindly, rubbing the little heart on his head. "Rub it on your back so he's always got your back! Rub it on your leg so he's really really fast! Rub it on your heart so he's the smartest guy around! Put it heart up to your nose and make a little wish, don't tell anybody! And finally, deal it all with a kiss and put the heart inside."

Yoongi watched as Jimin followed each instruction with a small smile on his face. He was thankful for how good of a sport this woman was being, instead of sending them weird looks she treated Jimin just like any other kid that walked in there. Maybe it was just in the job description, but he was thankful all the same.

"Before we stitch him up, do you want to put a scented heart in him? We have chocolate and strawberry." Jimin looked back at Yoongi, asking for permission silently. Yoongi nodded and Jimin eagerly grabbed for a strawberry scented heart and handed it to the woman, who put it in the dragon next to his other heart. She stitched together the stuffed animal and handed it to Jimin and pointed over to another station of the store, "now you have to give him a bath and a name and you'll be ready!"

Jimin grabbed onto Yoongi's hand and dragged him over to the 'bathing' station, which was really nothing more than a box with brushes in it and a hair dryer. Jimin scrubbed diligently at the dragon regardless, and Yoongi could almost hear him humming under his breath.

Yoongi zoned out momentarily, only to be brought back to earth when Jimin's lips ghosted his cheek and he whispered a very hesitant, "thank you daddy," as quietly as he could.

"Anything for you, baby boy." Yoongi said just as quiet, placing a gentle kiss on Jimin's temple before leading him away from the bathing station. Jimin plopped down at one of the computers, pulling Yoongi down next him.

"Name... Park Jimin," Jimin muttered to himself as he filled out the form. He did it mostly by himself until he got to the bottom, where he had to pick out a name for his dragon. "Daddy, daddy help."

Yoongi looked around quickly to make sure no one had overheard before turning towards Jimin. "What is it, baby?"

"He needs a name." Jimin said, tapping at the keyboard incessantly. He'd start to type something and backspace it, start something else and delete it completely. "I just don't know."

"How about Jiminie? Name him after you." Yoongi offered, scooting his stool closer to Jimin's and wrapping his arms around the younger boy.

"It can't be named after me, that'd be weird." Jimin frowned and stared down at the keyboard. He then looked over at Yoongi and slapped a hand over his eyes. "Don't look."

"I won't, pinky swear." Jimin took his hand away from Yoongi's face and Yoongi put his hand over his own eyes to ensure Jimin that he wasn't peeking. After it was done Jimin dragged him to the counter and Yoongi sent Jimin away so he could pay for it. Jimin was always very money conscious despite asking for quite literally everything he walked passed.

"Alright, Jiminie, you ready to go home?" Yoongi asked, reaching for Jimin's hand. Jimin hooked his dragon under his arm and grabbed onto Yoongi's hand. Yoongi guided Jimin back to the car, strategically manoeuvring away from the Disney store.

"When we get home can we cuddle?" Jimin asked as Yoongi opened his car door.

"Is that even a question?" Yoongi asked, kissing Jimin's lips lightly and waiting for him to get in the car so he could shut the door. Jimin giggled and jumped into the car, buckling his seat belt and yelling through the door for Yoongi to hurry.
