Chapter 10: What's in the Chest?

Hiccup's POV

"Let's go!" Astrid shouted to Stormfly.
Stormfly flew high up, and swooshed all away to the mountain so fast, you can barely see through the foggy scene. Stormfly landed as then, a moment of complete silence.
"Hiccup...... Im worried." Astrid said with full fear.
"Why?"
"Wh-what if they get caught?"
"Astrid, they won't. Think positive."
"I know, I just......"
"? Just what?"
"Have a very strange feeling something is wrong, and something will go wrong."
"Okay then..."
We waited until the cave was surrounded by Armored Men.
"Look for her! Turn this place upside down if you have to!"
A guy said with a schemingly familiar voice. Hm.....
"Remember, they don't have dragons they don't have any defenses."
"Oh, except that other armored beast. With that Raven girl."
"Traitor. We almost caught her."
"No, what you mean is she almost caught us!"

"Yea!"
"Nooiooo!!!!!!!!"
"Gentlemen!?! Behave yourselves you bumbling fools! Idiots!"
Ha, I recognize the voice now. It's Savage's Voice.
"Hurry. Alvin is waiting." he said.
"Sorry sir, no one is here."
"Hm. Look somewhere else!"
"Sir,yes,sir!"
Half of the armored men searched from other places.
"No sign of her."
"No sign of anyone here."
"Nothing here too."
"Hm, maybe they're not here."
"Obviously."
Savage couldn't believe his ears on the guy who said 'Obviously'.
"Who said....that?"
"Who said what?"
"The one who said: 'Obviously'. Who was that? Who said it? Tell me now."
Savage may be an apprentice, but when he gets mad, you might wanna back off.
"I-I did. Savage."
"Hm... hahah, hahahahaHahah!!!"
Then, everyone laughed awkwardly until Savage stopped, walked in front of the guy and pushed, kicked and stomped on him.
"No one. Ever.Disrespects me."
"Yes......sir." the guy said with a weak voice.
"Let's get out of here."

"Hah...haaa........HA-CHOO!!!!!!!"
Oh great, who was the great idiot that sneezed in a very wrong time?
"Wait...."
"That sneeze, it came from the cave."
"That's creepy."
"That's scary."

"Maybe it's a ghost. Lets-Let's get outta here!"
"Bumbling Fools! Put yourselves together! Be ashamed of yourselves!"
Savage went inside the cave, looked around, and Thank Beard he didn't find anything.
"No one is here. Well then, OFF we go!!"
All the men ran all the way to their ships as fast as they could. They also carried to guy who said 'Obviously'.
"The coast is clear, Hiccup! C'mon!" Astrid said.
We flew down to the cave. Astrid quickly ran inside.
"Are you guys okay?"
"Yep." Snotlout said while exiting the hiding place.
"Man, this hiding place is too dusty! It gave me allergies. Now my nose is all stuffed up with Mucus." Tuffnut said while having a hard time going out of the hiding place.
"Would you hurry up? Your stepping on my head!" Ruffnut says rudely.
"So....what now?" Asks Fishlegs.
"Hmm..... we should go back to Berk and get some supplies we need." I say.
"Hiccup!! We have no time for that!!! We need to go and find the necklace remember? We need to do that first!!" Astrid said with a pale face.
"Are-are you okay Astrid? You-you look pale." said Fishlegs.
"I-i am fine. The necklace......"
Stormfly must've sensed her rider, Because she went next to Astrid and smelled her.
"Grhhhshshhs...."
"I'm okay girl, i just feel....."
"You feel what?"
"Nothing. Nevermind."
"Astrid.....we talked about this." I say to her with a raised eyebrow.
She stared at the floor.
"Okay, this is awkward. Im gonna.....go outside." Said Tuffnut.
"I'm with you." Agreed Ruffnut.
"Me too."
"Me four."
"Me four? what?"
"Oh, nothin."
Fishlegs,Ruffnut,Tuffnut and Snotlout ran outside the cave.
"Be careful!" I Shout at them.
"Okie Dokie!" They Shout back.
"Astrid. Tell me?"
"Okay, okay, I do feel a little down."
"By down, you mean?"
"You know, I don't feel well. I feel queasy."
"I knew it."
"Okay. Fine!"
"Huh... okay, lay down here."
I took my furry vest off and folded it into a shape of a pillow.
"Here."
"U sure?".
"Yep. C'mon Do ya need any help?"
"No, no I'm good."
She placed her head on the folded furry vest.
"You okay?"
"No."
"Hm. I guess I'm not supposed to ask that."
"Yes. Hiccup, why.........why do you care for me?"
"What?"
"Why are you taking care of me, why are you so concern. I just wondered, you know...."

"C'mon, tell me."
"Astrid, I treat everyone like this. You guys are all my friends. And, I love and respect my friends."
"Okay." she said.
"If you won't mind, iI'll rest now."
"Okay. I'll just.....go outside."
I quickly ran outside, and to my surprise, all of them were in the pond, swimming! (And they aren't naked!) Hmm....not all of them. Ruff was sitting on a rock kicking the water.
"Hm, thanks funny. For a second or two, i thought you guys were just gonna joke around and sit. Then here you guys are! Swimming! In the middle of the night. I never seen anyone swim in a very cold pond at this time of the day."
"Look, if your just jealous come and join us,"
"No thanks, I'm good."
"How's Astrid doing?"
"She's fine. You know what? I think iI'll join you guys."
"It's about time."
What a relief! Before I hopped in, Tuffnut ased:
"Wait a minute, what about our clothes?"
"Darn! I never actually thought of that!"
"Oh come on! Okay,okay, I'll go to Berk and I'll handle all your clothes, okay?"


"Sure. Hold on, i'll go get Stormfly."
I slowly tip-toed in the cave and patted Stormfly.
"Hey girl, we need you for maybe, an hour. Is it okay?"
"Grshhhh..."
Hm, it's totally a yes.
We both quickly tip-toed outside. Well, to be exact, I, tip-toed quickly.
"Okay Ruff, Hop on."
"I never actually rode any other dragons before. I always ride on Barf. It's gonna take time for me to get used to this."
"Oh, stop complaining. Just hop on!"
She sat in Stormfly first, and then helped me sit next.
"Since you never rode a Deadly Nadder before, i'll drive."
"Whoever said I was gonna drive?"
"Okay....We'll see you guys later!"
Then, we flew fast. A few minutes had passed, and we were already on Berk. Gosh, it's like a ghost town here. It's so quiet and creepy. No lights. Since no one was there, we took everything we needed and wanted. (Shh!!!) I went inside Astrid's house and checked if I needed to bring something for her. (not like, she needed it.) (Well, she does need it.) I raided her closet, I took out a bag ad took out some of we clothes and boots. But, being such a clumsy nucklehead as I am, the bag fell and all of the clothes scattered on the floor.
"Oh great."
"Hiccup! Hurry up will you? It's quite creepy out here! Not like I care."
"Just a minute!"
I gathered everything and I saw a chest under Astrid's bed. I opened it and I was surprised to see _______
