Luhan POV
I came home quickly after school with all eleven of my friends. Hyori and her friends will probably be there, or maybe it’ll just be her. But I told them to treat them casually, so they don’t feel awkward and such. Lay understood what I meant immediately, while it took the others a few minutes to understand.
My hand reached towards the door knob and I twisted it open, removing my shoes at the same time. The others followed after me and I went towards the living room, where I saw the television was on. On the sofa, I saw three heads, all leaned back towards the back rest. There was noise in the kitchen and I immediately went towards it. Only to find women that seemed to be in her late twenties and I recognized her because she was talking to Hyori, Minri, and Hyuna when their mini concert ended.
Speaking of the concert, it was incredibly hard for me to concentrate during school today. I think everyone did, because wherever I looked, people’s eyes seemed dreamy or far off in the distance. Hyori’s harmonic voice never ceased to repeat in my ears and it even calmed me down during a pop quiz I had to take. I believe I did well, because for once I wasn’t in panic mode.
The woman heard us and turned to us, and she smiled. I immediately bowed and the others did so as well, I saw her bow and straighten out her back, fixing her hair a bit. She walked towards me and held her hand it. I grasped it and forced a smile.
“I’m assuming you are Luhan, Hyori’s housemate.” She said sweetly. “I am her new manager, Hana. It’s a pleasure to meet the person who has taken care of her.”
“W-Well, not exactly.” I chuckled slightly while scratching my head. “It’s nice to meet you.”
“I’m going to prepare dinner for all of you.” She cast her eyes on all my friends, who kept quiet. “Hyori insisted she cook, but once we arrived here, her and the girls all fell asleep. Performing live for the first time actually tires the body tremendously because of how much stress you are undergoing.”
“They seemed so natural and confident doing so, though.” Baekhyun piped up. We all turned to him, but he ignored our looks.
Hana smiled. “They are trained to look like that. Hyuna was the most nervous out of all of them, but Hyori was under great stress. The company demanded that she do her solo song.” She took a few steps away from us. “But I need to start on dinner. Any requests?”
“Hot-pot.” Yi Fan suggested immediately.
“And bibimbap.” Chanyeol added with a creepy smile. Hana laughed softly and turned her back to us. I watched her put an apron on and quickly begin the dinner process. Some of the others murmured about going in my room, so I let them. I went towards the living room and glanced at the three bodies that were limp on it.
In the middle was Hyori, eyes closed and make-up a bit smudged. Minri and Hyuna were on either side of her, both heads on her shoulder. Hyuna looked like a baby, and I could say the same thing to Minri. I smiled at how peaceful and innocent they looked, and then left them so I don’t feel like a creep. All of us need to work on our music video collaboration and take all the practice Hyori put us under to the test.
“Right, and then we all do this at the end.” Yixing and Jongin demonstrated the choreography they put together with some suggestions from Sehun and Minseok. “We form these two caves and Sehun and Luhan will come out, do this.” Yixing demonstrated the move smartly, “And towards the end, we all do the pose and finish it off.”
