Luhan POV

It felt like the world around me began to shatter.

Her words pierced me deeply, and saying that it felt like knives was an understatement.  Hell, it was like someone planted land mines all over my heart and soul and they are playfully detonating each and every one of them.  It was by sheer luck that I’m not dead, but I am sure as hell that I want to.

I felt my hand clench the phone in my hand tightly, blinking harshly so no tears dare fall down my face.  No one shall know—absolutely no one.

I can’t let it end here.

Not without saying it to my face personally.

“Three months, one week and four days have passed and we haven’t squeaked one word to each other.” Her laughter was hallow. “Well, I have good news for you.  You won’t have to worry about talking to me ever again.  Hell, you didn’t even think twice about it right?”

“Everything about us is no more.  Who the hell do you think I am? Some toy you can play with?  I’m not playing your game anymore, and it seems you finally lost.  You can’t play with my feelings anymore, and I fully regret every single second of it.  I have so much more to say, but,” she sighed and it sounded a bit gurgled, “it’s time to say good-bye.”

“Don’t think of ever showing your face to me again.”

Her voicemail echoed in my head, and I forcefully dropped my phone on the couch.  As much as I want to break down and weep, something deep within me is telling me not to.  I could be so much more stronger, and express myself that I never played Hyomin.

I love her, so, so, so much, and the idea of letting her go kills me.

If leaving her will cause her happiness, I suppose I will grant it.  Her happiness is number one, and now I come to realize that no one can truly escape the past.  It’ll soon come back to stab one in the back, and look—it’s happened to me.

I suppose to Hyomin as well, and it’s my entire fault.

I sighed, closing my eyes.  We’ll be returning to Korea soon.  I’ll be sure to tell her—

“Luhan!” I heard someone scream my name and I instantly shot up, feeling a bit dizzy from the quick movement. “Luhan!”

I recognized the panicked voice belonged to Yixing, and I quickly ran in the direction of his voice.  It took less than ten seconds to see him standing in the middle of his shared bedroom, phone to his ear, and his entire face paper-white.

“W-What?” I nervously inquired, worried about what he’ll say.

“It’s Hyomin,” he breathed, all emotion sucked from his soul, “and we have to go back to Korea.”

                Minri POV

                “Are you hungry, Hyuna?”

I eyed Hyuna and she nodded weakly, exhausted from our previous schedules.  I patted her back and reached for her hand, holding it and pulling her towards a nearby café.  Our security guard followed us in, and three of us ordered something to eat.  I paid of course.
