Chapter 9

Lillian P.O.V

The party was in full swing! We had pizza and a sorted different drinks. It was amazing! It was nice to see Ellie so happy around her friends from America. Me and Phil sat next to each other and ate. We didn't really know anyone else at the party so we kept to ourselves.
" This is really nice. Good idea Lily." Said Phil.
" Thanks, they haven't seen each other in years. She told me about it all the time so I just thought it would make her happy." I say. I ate half slice of pizza then I felt weird. I pushed the plate away. And took a drink of my ginger ale.
" Are you ok? You look a little sick and have only eat a little. It's not like you." Said Phil. Oh no, he looked worried.
" I'm fine, just a upset stomach." I say but he still looks worried.
" Phil I'm fine! Please don't worry, I'll be ok." I say grabbing his hand. He smiled and kissed my head.
" Ok. You'll tell me if something is wrong right?" He asked.
No.
" Yes."
" Good."
We sat there quietly until a drunken Dan screamed behind us.
" WHAT YOU UP TO PHILLIAN?!" Then he laughed at what he said.
" Danny Boy, get over here you handsome idiot! Leave the lovers alone." Said Ellie (who was also drunk.)
" Alright, this is a toast to my pillow!" Said Brianna staggering with a bottle of vodka.
" Happy 22nd Birthday! Haha! 22 hahaha! 2 3 hehe!" She said then flopped back on the couch.
" I'm feeling 22!"
" Ok if you're all getting drunk I'm getting food!"Said Jade and she ran into the kitchen. Later we all had cake and ice cream, which I through up later.
Then for the rest of the night we played Cards against Humanity. Because Jade thought it was funny to watch drunk people play it. The night was complete bliss after that...

Well, sorta...

Late that night, it all came back up. I started to puke that night. I hugged the toilet and barfed what ever I had left in my stomach. Which was ginger ale and some fruit. As I puked into the toilet I saw Ellie stand in the doorway.
" Why did you lie to us?" She said leaning on the door frame.
" I don't know what you're talking about." I say.
" Phil and me asked if you're ok. You said yes, but right now the toilet is your best friend." She said.
" I'm fine. It's probably the freezer burned ice cream I ate from a year ago." I say trying to make her laugh but she just frowned.
" Please just go back to bed I'll be fine." I whisper. She nods then leaves.
I hated lying to her. I knew something was wrong. I didn't know what. And I'm not telling them.
