Chapter 13: Meet the dad

The project is turning out really great now I need to test it on something just to be sure it worked properly.

"I think you should take a break Jaz." Lila said.

I covered the machine then stretching. "Yeah I should." I yawned. Putting the cover sheet over the machine I crawled back into bed to take a nap.

Mink's POV

"It's nice to see you again Geene. What brings you today?"

Geene was a regular customer that always comes by to get something fixed. Geene gave a warming smile. "Nothing this time, I just miss coming to the shop. My grandson has been helping me out at home so I thought it would be great to come by."

I chuckled. "You're always welcome here."

Geene walked over to the cashier desk. "I see that you've been feeling more happy than usual." I was about to ask her but she beat me to it. "How do I know? The atmosphere around you is more relaxed abd completed. Who is the lucky one?"

Aoba popped out of my office walking over to us. "This Aoba. Aoba meet Geene. She's been coming to the shop for quiet sometime now."

Aoba politely bowed. "It's nice to meet you Geene."

Geene chuckled. "You have looker I see. I'm glad you made this man happy Aoba."

"O-oh it's not a problem." rubbing the back of his neck slighly embarrassed.
I shook my head amused then the bell on the door ranged seeing another person come in. A teenager in fact.

"Sorry that I came later grandma."

Geene looked at the boy. "Oh don't worry Jacob I already knew where you were." She turned to Aoba and I. "This is my grandson, Jacob."

Aoba and I waved at the boy. Funny he looked around Jaz's age.

Aoba's POV

Oh no that's Jaz's boyfriend. And Mink doesn't even know that yet.

Jacob's POV

"Nice to meet you all." My grandmother smiled. I swear the owner of the store is scary as hell.

"He's busy like any teenager. He even told me he meet some sweet heart at the store...what was her name ?"

I blushed furiously. "G-grandma!"

Than man with blue hair chuckled. "It's alright Jacob."

"Her name is Jaz." I bushed.

"Oh, so you're her boyfriend?" The owner asked.

"Yeah....why?"

"I'm her dad."
