Close to you (Kion x reader) [Sequel]

Chapter 3

"Hey Caiman!" You said greeting another animal, Kion was trailing a bit behind you as you greeted and chatted with many of the animals here. He just nervous grinned at whoever was looking at him or asked who he was, a bit unsure of what to say. Back in the Pride Lands, everyone knew who he was, he was the King's son, he was the leader of the Lion Guard, he was the fiercest animal in the Pride Lands. Here, he was just that Lion that (Y/N) knew. He felt a bit out of place.

"Kion, meet my grand mom, Ayane. Grand mom, this is my.....friend Kion." You said, blushing, itching to mention that you were in love with him back in the Pride Lands. " Hello Kion. Nice to meet you." "Nice to meet you too....um..." Your grandmother laughed, "Call me Ayane." He grinned sheepishly and you smiled, liking that he got along with your Grand mom.  

" Kion come on. My family's waiting." You laughed and pulled him along. Walking a bit more you reached the den, your family was waiting patiently.  Kion noticed that the Lion you were talking to earlier was also there, he started to get jealous. He wouldn't miss him at all when you went back to the Pride Lands with him.

" Kion, this is my dad Kellan and my mother Dahlia." You introduced, "Mom, dad, this is my friend Kion." Your parents nodded and smiled, "Aw how cute, my sweet little cutie's got a sweetheart. " another male said. Kion started to hate all the males in this environment. You sighed, "Kion this is my brother Zane." " Aw..don't be so glum chum, I'm the best brother ever." He dramatically said. You rolled your eyes. "Oh and this is my sister Zoya." You introduced him to your older sister a d he nodded.

" Who's that?" He said, referring to the male next to your parents. " Oh, that's Keith but he's not important." You dismissed,  "Not important?! Oh my dear, I'm deeply hurt." You rolled your eyes, " Why are all the guys such drama Queens around here?"  "We're drama Queens but we are the only people who have any fun around here." Keith said, "So he's not your brother?" Kion asked. " Nope, but who would want him to be?" You laughed, "Meanie."

After introducing him to everyone, Kion finally got you alone. He wanted to ask you this for..ever. "Hey um,.. ( Y/N), how long do want to stay here before we leave?" "What? " " You know...to the Pride Lands,  your home?" "Kion. This is my home."
