I lay on the hotel bed staring at the ceiling. I question everything that I've done. Was it the right thing to take Hayes back? Of course it was... Ugh I don't know anymore.

I'm trying my best to make everything work but it's just.... Complicated. I hear a knock on my door.

"Yeah?" I ask.

"Can I come in?" Hayes asks.

I sigh.

"Sure." I say.

He opens the door and walks in sitting beside me. He lays down and stares at the ceiling with me.

"Is this the right decision?" I ask.

"What?"

"I mean us. Is this right?"

"I don't even know."

"I don't want to break up. But I don't want this."

"What do you mean by you don't want this?"

"Us arguing every three seconds. What happened to us being happy? Laughing all the time? We barely see each other anymore unless we're at Magcon. Even when we are together we're not happy? What did we do wrong?" I ask sitting up rubbing my head.

"I don't know but I don't want to break up either. I want us to be together and I'll work on us. I didn't give you a promise ring for fun." He says sitting up rubbing my back.

My head starts pounding and I start sweating. I shrug it off and turn back to look at him.

"Can we not fight anymore please? I don't want to fight anymore." I say.

"Same here baby. I promise that I'll do my best to never fight again." He replies.

We hug and he kisses my cheek.

"Your hot." He says.

"Shh. Not loud." I smile.

"No I mean yeah you're hot but your burning up." He says putting his hand against my forehead.

"I'm fine." I say.

"Did you drink any water today?" He asks.

"Well yeah.... I think so."

Did I? I don't remember.

"Stay here I'll get cam."

"No! He's got enough I'm fine I promise."

He looks at me.

"Your eyes are a different color."

"What?"

"They're a grayish greenish."

"Hayes I'm fine." I say and get up.

I feel dizzy and sway. I put my hand against my head and regain my balance. Hayes comes and holds my arms.

"Oh my gosh." He says his eyes wide.

"What?" I ask.

"Baby you're sweating and you're extremely pale." He says.

It gets harder to see and stand. I start swaying and I hold his arms for support. It gets harder to breathe.

"Hayes." I softly say.

It goes black.
