My high walls

I'm on the flight home from New York and Jules is sat with me .

Today Ricky and Dan go and next week I'm flying back to the UK with Ruby . I'm just missing there flight by an hour but I'm home next week anyway and I will see them then .

"Il be needing Prozac Jules when we get back . I'm all out and I use them as sleeping tablets " I say to her and she nods as she exchanges a glance at Maxine who nods .

I sink back into my seat and listen to my Mumford and sons album .

"Rubbbbbbbyyyyy" I yell to her as I open the front door of the house .

She skips towards me and throws her arms around me .

"Oh I missed you " she cries out ..

"Lets go have a drink , loads of gossip for you " I tell her and she leads me out to the balcony with a 'tell all ' expression .

"How was New York ?" She asks and hands me a white wine .

"Brilliant , did the launch and did the appearance at Macy's , had a meeting with the advertising director and the add launches the 16th . I seen the preview it looks really good , " I explain to her.

"How was Ryan ?" She asks scornfully.

I hadn't even told her he was there yet.

"How do you know he was there ?" I ask curiously .

"Twitter , and there's something you should see " she says and hands me her phone .

Ryan has posted that picture of him holding my face and kissing it. It was caught at the perfect moment and it looks like I'm smiling and enjoying myself .

"Stupid prick" I snap at the phone .

"This is a pile of Rubbish ... He's taken this straight from the photographer . Talk about perfect camera moment " I yell in frustration .

"Don't even reply babe , he's not worth it " Ruby says .

"I'm not , I'm going to let it lie " I spit out and She refills my wine glass .

"What if Zayn sees it ?" I ask and there's that look ..
"So ?" she replies testing me .

"Aw Ruby stop being a dick" I scowl at her .

"See that's the difference with you and I , Harry could be all over somebody else tomorrow in the papers and i wouldn't care .. We're friends who hook up now and then .. But then there's you and your falling for him I can tell " she replies matter of factky .

"I don't want the facts I just want to know what will I do " I snap at her .

"Don't say anything .. Leave it until he brings it up because if he does it mean it bothers him " she suggests I nod agreeing with her .

"Besides that , tell me all ?" She laughs and she settles down to listen to all my gossip from New York.

I'm home alone without Ruby tonight because she has a date .. Well she's taking my date Stan to a club to watch a new band ..
Oh and Stan is my gay friend from LA who loves the social scene . I wasn't in the mood so I stayed here on my own .

I'm still reeling over that picture today and I still haven't heard from Zayn .
