I'm still in charity mode when we return from Ghana . Our documentary is airing next week but the boys charity single came out yesterday and I have been tweeting and texting everybody to go buy it .

That was probably one of the hardest things I had to endure and I'm very thankful for the life I have here in London .
Im so happy to be home thou thar may sound very selfish .

Zayn and the boys are in Manchester doing a single signing and I am getting ready for a women motocross workshop here in London today with one of the top clubs in London .

I have also been nominated for a sports award this weekend in Berlin which is very exciting but Zayn can't make it because of commitments so my sister is my plus one to the ceremony along with Jules Maxine mark and Todd the assistant head of one of my major sponsors Yamaha .
It's very exciting .

After my workshop I meet up the girls for a pre Christmas session . I'm off to New York the day after i return from Germany and after that its full on Christmas mode . Zayn and the boys will play Maddison square garden on the 9th then are due to return to London on the 14 th after there gruel schedule , but Zayn has told me to postpone my schedule until the 17th .

Maybe he just wants us to have time together before they do Christmas charity's commitments this year again.

The more I think about planning our schedules the more it makes me wonder how ever we are going to work around it next year when he's gone for 10 months ....
