"And class- remember, auditions for 'Romeo and Juliet are today and tomorrow after school," Mrs. Amhart chimes.

I'm in Drama, listening to Mrs. Amhart. She is one of my most lenient teachers, and she lets us sit wherever we want. So naturally, Caleb and I are sitting by each other.

"Now not everyone can get the parts they want but, write down your name and the part you most want on this piece of paper so that I know which part you would prefer. And remember, it is mandatory to be in this play, but if you would prefer not to act, you can help with stage crafting, hair and makeup, costumes, or something like that." She passes out half-sheets of paper to everyone, and the class fills with kids talking to each other.

"I want to do stage craft, what about you," Caleb says.

"Well I'M auditioning for Juliet, and i'd really love it if you'd try out for Romeo," I reply.

"I can't act. Sorry, but no Charlie."

"Well I think you'll change your mind," I say, a smile on my face.

"What makes you so sure?" He slyly replies.

"Romeo and Juliet is arguably the most romantic play ever. And if I did get the part, I'd be acting it out with another guy- plus, there's lots of kissing in that play, if I remember correctly," I retort.

"Ugh. Fine you win. But I hope you know, everyone would be talking about it. And not in a good way "

"Who cares? It will attract a big audience," I laugh.

"Oh joy."

----------------

Lights. Camera. Action.

I'm about to walk on stage. It's Juliet's first scene with Romeo. I'm a nervous wreck. I've gotten through the beginning of the play, but barely. There are so many people here.

I gracefully walk onto the stage. And then I see Caleb, and all my fear melts away.

I can do this. I can get through anything with him. And I know that I don't have to worry anymore. Not just about the play, but about anything. I can take on anything, As long as we're together. And we always will be.

A/N

The end. But I'm going to write the first chapter and one other on in Caleb's point of view. I just don't know which other Chapter. Suggestions?
And also, thank you so much for reading. It means a lot to me. And I an writing another book right now, too. It's called 'Runaway Horse' and I'd love if you read that too, if you aren't already.
