There will be good days and bad days, good times and bad ones, but that's okay. Ups and downs are normal, it's how we deal with them that makes a difference. I can't let every little thing that stresses me out or scares me make me fall into a depressive state of self hatred and numbness to the entire world outside of my sad bubble. I'm trying to learn how to deal with things better and I think it's helping.
I'm trying...and I'm counting that for something..
