Lilla slowly ripped open the envelope adressed to her and nervously pulled out a folded piece of paper.
She placed the paper on the bed gingerly and paused for a moment before unfolding it.
Shaking with nerves, she began to read.
Dear Lilla,
I have moved to this address: ** ********* **** ***** England, I hope you can come to stay with me soon, please ring me with this number: 07*********, we can have a fresh start, Lilla, just you and me, Taha can stay with your father when we find him.

Your Mother.
Lilla looked at Jessie with tears in her eyes and Jessie silently handed her the bubblewraped package.
A pottery leaf fell onto the bed. Lilla picked it up. On it were the words: turn over a new leaf, it was coloured: green, brown, yellow, red, and orange, like an autum leaf.
