DANCE STUDIO ON TUESDAY

"Good work today guys, you'll be ready for that competition" I compliment them, as we all pack up our stuff.

"Wait aren't you competing with us?" Jay turns to me.

"I'll be there, but I'll only join in if you guys have no other choice, which you won't!" I pat him on the back.

"No Dee you've gotta perform with us! You're part of the crew too!" Chris says.

"Well I won't be much help considering the whole back restraint, just think of me as a secret weapon"

"Speaking of weapons! What time does the party start on Friday?" Deeg brings up.

"Uhh it starts at 8, well technically 9 and onwards because people arrive fashionably late" Jay puts up air quotations as he says the words 'fashionably late'.

"Wait, what does that have to do with anything about weapons?" I raise an eyebrow.

"Because these guns will be participating" Deeg flexes both of his arms.

"Oh yeah, guys don't forget your magnifying glasses" Jay tells us.

"Why?" Xavier questions.

"You're gonna be needing them to see Deeg's weapons" Jay teases, causing us to laugh.

"Hey!" Deeg punches Jay in the arm.

"It's the truth" Xavier puts his hands up in defence.

"Alright, alright guys, I've gotta go back to uni, see ya's on Friday" I pick up my back pack and sling it over my shoulder, "Don't forget your magnifying glasses!" I shout before running through the studio doors.

I walk over to my car and see Ashton and Luke sitting on the pathway next to it.

"Hey strangers" I stop at them, reaching into my backpack for my keys, "What's up?"

"Well this one" Luke pushes Ashton forward, "Has a date tonight"

"Aww!"

"No need to be all girly about it Dee, it's weird to see you like that" Ashton points out.

"And we were just wondering" Luke continues.

"Get in the car guys" I say, as I unlock the car and hop in, "Continue"

They all click in their seatbelts while the engine heats up.

"Well, we were just wondering if you would-" Ashton pauses.

"If you would help him get ready and all, since you're a girl and he's going to be going out with one!" Luke finishes up for Ashton.

"I'd love to Ash" I smile, "But before I help you, you've just gotta sit through one lecture at uni and then I'll be here to help"

"Ooo! I get to experience uni" Ashton says as I drive off towards my university.

"I've never seen you so excited to go to school Ash" Luke gasps.

*AT ASHTON'S HOUSE*

"So where are you taking her?" I ask Ashton who was sitting on his bed.

I feel like a teacher, pacing back and forth asking him a bunch of questions, while Luke goes through Ashton's closet to find him something to wear.

"That's the thing, I have no idea" Ashton replies.

"Uhhh" I try to think of a place for him and his date to go, "Is she more classy? Or very chill?"

"She's more chill, I'd say but she uses a lot of big words"

"Okay, go to an arcade and then walk around the city?" I suggest.

"Sounds good!"

"Hey Dee does he go for boxers or briefs tonight?" Luke holds up one pair of each type of underwear.

"Dude!" Ashton exclaims.

"Feelin' frisky?" Luke winks.

"Luke!" I laugh, "Let him choose his own underwear"

"Fiiiiiine" Luke drops the underwear back into the drawer.

"Thankyou!" Ashton looks to me.

"You're welcome, now what time did you say you're picking her up?"

"7"

"ASHTON!"

"WHAT?!"

"It's 6:30!"

"Holy shit!"

"Get in the shower!" I grab his arms and shove him into his bathroom, "Hurry up! Luke throw me the clothes"

Luke throws me the pair of jeans and band tee that he chose and I slip them throw the door, waiting for Ashton to grab them.

"Thankyou!" Ashton calls as he takes the clothes.

"This guy" I sigh before walking over to Luke and laying down on the bed, "I'm so TIRED!"

"Well that makes two of us" Luke collapses with his head lying on my legs, "You going to your dance competition on Friday?"

"Yeah, and then Jay's throwing that party as a sort of celebration I'm guessing"

"Does Calum know?"

"Yeah he knows about the party, remember you were there when I announced it"

"No as in about the competition"

"Well ...."

"Andie" Luke warns.

"It's not that important, I'm not competing anyways! I'll only step in if they really need me, not like they will"

"If anything happens Andie, Calum's gonna kill you"

"Nothing's gonna happen Luke, as I said if it looks like they have no chance I'll jump in"

"Whatever you say Dee"

"Ashtoooooooon! Ashton!" I hear a voice shout, coming closer and closer to the room.

"Hey bud" Luke greets him.

"Hey Cal!" I sit up and smile at him, "What's up?"


"Came passed to say hey to Ash before he goes out on his date, what about you?"

"We asked her to help us with getting ready" Luke answers.

"Oh, okay" Calum smiles before kissing my forehead, "So what were we talking about?"

"Andie's going-" I jerk my knee up, hitting Luke on the back of his head, "To Jay's party on Saturday and I was just asking if she could give me a lift"

"Yeah, I can take you Luke" I bulge my eyes out at him.

"Just come over to my place then" Calum suggests.

"Sure" Luke replies, as Ashton walks out of the shower.
