*ANDIE'S POV*

I wake up earlier than I had expected. It's been hard for Calum since the accident. He's not been able to just roll out of bed and go for a run in the morning or come over to my place and raid my fridge. If only that sick bastard wasn't driving like a lunatic, Calum would be able to continue on with his usual daily routines without any fuss. I roll over and give him a kiss on the forehead before getting up off of the pull out couch and walk over to the kitchen.

"Goodmorning Andie" Renee greets me as she sits at the table with a coffee in hand, "Would you like a coffee?"

"Goodmorning" I smile, "Yes please" I accept her offer.

Renee gets up and walks over to the coffee machine, "Sugar?"

"Just one thankyou"

The buzzing and whirring sounds of the coffee machine fill the air as I sit down on one of the kitchen stools.

"Big day today huh?" Renee says, getting the milk out of the fridge.

"Uh not really, just going over to the studio with Calum" I explain, a bit confused.

"Oh! That's right it's at midnight, sorry" Renee corrects herself, bringing the cup of coffee over to the counter.

"What's at midnight?" I ask as she puts in a teaspoon of sugar and stirs it into the hot drink.

"Ahahaha! You're funny Andie" She giggles, stirring the cup.

I laugh nervously along with her, but I still keep a questioning look on my face.

"The flight to New York! Y'know the NYU opportunity-" Calum's mum then gets cut off by a loud bang from the living room.

The both of us spring to our feet and run over. We see Calum on the floor, attempting to get himself off.

"Calum?!" We shout, bending down to help him up.

Calum lets out slight shrieks of pain. Carefully, we put him in his wheelchair.

"What were you trying to do?" Renee asks him.

"I rolled over too much and then I fell off, sorry for scaring you guys" Calum replies.

"Smart" Renee says under her breathe.

I laugh at her remark, as she leaves the room.

"What she said" I refer to Renee, "Goodmorning" I smile sitting on the bed that has been pulled out from the couch.

"G'morning" Calum grins.

"Want coffee?" I ask him before pushing his wheelchair to the kitchen.

"Tea, please" He replies.

"No worries"

CALUM'S POV

I wake up to the sounds of my mum and Andie talking in the kitchen. I hear murmurs and then 'New York'. I wonder what they're talking about?

"The flight to New York!" I hear my mum say.

Oh crap! I try to get myself up to run over to the kitchen but it's too late. I've already landed face first on the floor. Mum and Dee run into the room. Oops. Well at least it got them to stop talking! They help me up and into my chair. Andie pushes me into the kitchen and starts to make me a cup of tea.

"So what are we up to today?" Dee asks me.

"Uhh j-just the .. uhmm ... studio I guess?" I say, my voice shaking slightly.
