"I can't believe that the great composer Imaroshi Kuroma and you are both siblings." Takeshi commented, looking at the newspaper.
"Fierce." Emi added withh a playful tone. I chuckled. "I guess we're a family of music." I thought about it at the moment and found myself crumbling something in my pocket. I brought it out with ease. It was a chain of st. Cecilia that Kuroma gave me. She was all our favorite Christian saint. The patron of music.
"Though I must say, I do wish that I could have a family like that just like you, Kousei. You are gifted." Emi exclaimed while patting my back.
"I have always thought about the definition of family when I was a kid." I suddenly remembered the days when people judged me. It was a huge mistake in my life, "However, I realized that I don't need to dream big about it. I was lucky to have my family now. Even right from the start when my mother was still present."
I looked up the cloudy sky trying to imagine the bonds that we have made for the past months. It was actually fun. "I love them."
Emi and Takeshi was quite amazed of that they heard causing them to look at me with a surprised expression. While Emi clapped slowly, Takeshi tried to fight back his laughter. "What?"
"S-sorry. I'm Sorry Arima, but it's quite rare to hear something so dramatic from you." Takeshi bursted out his laugh wiping off his excess tears from the corner of his eyes.
He stood up and faced me with much pride. "Though I must say, your words are very appreciative about your family. Makes me want to love them too." He was about to leave the bleacher when he suddenly exclaimed, "Keep it up, Hero!" With a smile on his face. I smiled inspiringly. "Hai!"
"Alright then, I guess i'll be leaving now too." Emi stood up, patting my shoulders. "I think you just got used to patting someone lately."
"Really? Did you got bothered by it?"
I chuckled. "Not much." She gave me a refreshing smile before leaving. "Well then, Goodluck Arima-kun!" She left me with her old and usual self. Emi as tall and sophisticated-looking. I guess it's also time for me to prepare for the next hour's performance.
As I stood up, I quickly recognized someone in a far view wearing a green jacket and some manly shorts. "Kazuki-san!" He looked at both directions to see where my voice was coming and finally, spotted me from afar. He ran towards me with a bright smile on his face. "Arima-san!"
"So, how are you doing as of now, Arima-san? I heard about the news. It all felt like yesterday when we were just chatting about stuffs like these, and now discovering reality."
"I know. However, I also thank you Kazuki-san for being one of the reasons for me to continue my career. All your stories about me and the academy truly inspired me."
"Ah, that's really nothing, Arima-san. Oh, and by the way. Goodluck with your performance today. I'm sure it would be another astounding one. Afterall, it's Arima-san." Flattered by his explanation I blushed scratching my forehead "That's really nice to hear, Kazuki-san." We both parted ways with an inspiring smile on our faces. It's nice to see acquaintances turning into a friend.
The next people I went to was Hiroko-san together with Koharu, Tsubaki and Watari. They were waiting for me near the school's theater to see me before the actual performance. As I texted Watari about my location, I quickly saw them together near the destination. I ran towards them keeping my phone in my pocket. "Everyone."
