I watched as he pranced towards me, and smirked when I looked towards to door for an escape.
"Nope," he said in my mind. A nervous giggle escaped me, causing him to stop a meter from me when I was pressed up against the wall.
"You're gonna pay for that," he said mischievously.
"Nuh-uh," I quipped. What was making me bold? I don't know, but I was so screwed. Stupid mouth, be quiet you're going to get us into trouble.
He took another step closer and I gulped. He was dragging this on for longer than necessary. Seriously. This tension was making me wanna tear my hear out.
"Sang," he whispered as a flash of emotion crossed over his eyes when he was finally a breath away from me.
I looked up into his eyes and I could see them glow crystal blue, like the sky on a clear day. They were filled with desire, making my knees go weak.
"Don't look like that," he whispered, cupping my cheek.
"Like what?" I whispered, closing my eyes unintentionally with his warm touch.
"Like you're scared."
"I'm not scared," I whispered, even though I knew he could read 100% of my thoughts.
"Really?" he whispered. I took a breath as he lowered his head closer to me. My head was going fuzzy. I couldn't think when he was so close to me. But I wanted him there. But I don't know. Ugh, why is this so confusing!
"Y-yes," I stuttered, grasping for the ability to speak. He lowered even closer and tucked the loose strands of hair behind my ear. My gaze was set on his lips, all jokes from the previous moment aside. My focus was solely him.
"Aiden," I whispered when I could feel his lips brush ever so softly against mine. It was as if it never happened, only it left a tingling sensation on my lips, making me shiver.
"Sang," he whispered, his voice thickly laced with desire. What was he waiting for!
All of a sudden he pulled back and flashed me a dazzling grin. My eyes opened in shock and a wash of cold air surrounded me, making me shiver in response. His presence was like a warm oven and now that it's gone I feel like a bare tree stump in a blizzard, with nothing to protect me.
I blinked my eyes a few times to get my surroundings back. My brain suddenly regained the ability to function normally again and I frowned.
He did that and pulled away! He literally got all up in my face, wanted to kiss me, made it super obvious and then he pulled away! WHAT!
Aiden let out a deep laugh as he watched my reaction turn from lust to shock. I scowled. The little weasel. He was not going to get away with that.
Oh but wait, that was my payback. Now I had the light bulb moment? Only like a lifetime late.
Aiden must have read my thoughts because he laughed even harder and fell on his back on the bed, clutching his stomach. I leaned my back up against the wall, holding one foot up against the wall to watch him with a killer gaze.
He got me all excited and then he pulled away. Nu-uh, no way was he going to get away with that.
I stood there for a few seconds, watching him regain his composure. When he stopped laughing head and lifted himself up onto his elbows to catch my gaze, I pounced at him. His expression went from heavily amused to shock when I sprung at him.
I jumped on his and his back hit the bed again and he let out an 'ooph'. I straddled him, and held his hands up by his head.
"You know you won't be able to hold me here for long," he said.
