Rey's POV:

My legs felt like noodles after the long walk we did on the old desert planet. Yes, I figured out that after the search through the galaxy, the only place left was Jakku.

"Ones a junkyard, always a junkyard." Finn commented after a brief look of the scenery around us. I smiled, he was right about this. Jakku stayed the same as always, filled with crashed ugly machines and fighters that had their last flight or war on it. Some of them are almost completely covered with hot sand. Soon they will all end in the endless depths of the dunes.

I signed, taking a deep breath that charged my lungs with a familiar taste of the wind that resembles all the lost years of my childhood spent on scavenging, for food. At least I never let such thing happen to my family, to my daughter. Anxiety rose in my heart, again. I've been looking everywhere for her. From one end to another, from one planet to another, but there is no clue.

Not even from them. I slightly feel remorseful for leaving Ben on his own. I know I shouldn't have done it, but the stress got the better of me and made me more reckless than I assumed. He was right about being together, for our daughter's sake, but I didn't listen. I wanted her back, right then and there. Now I just want to find her safe and unharmed.

That is my only prayer at the moment.

I tried to reach the tip of the sand cliff with all my strength. It took some time till I collected enough force to climb it. The moment I stopped at the peak I remembered the view perfectly, as it was yesterday when I used to slide down it to my vehicle, carrying all that garbage with me.

Soon I felt a comforting hand on my right shoulder, gently patting me for comfort. I felt him sigh, even deeper than me.

"I hate the heat here, I can't believe that you survived all those years on your own, I can't even make it through the day. Uhhh" He groaned, cleaning his grey pants from the leftovers of the dirt. "You know, I wouldn't live a week here, even if someone offered me huge amount of money." I rolled my eyes at his comment, and smirked.

"That's called survival, you know." He smiled briefly, until his face became serious again.

"I am sorry Rey, but I think we should get going. We walked a long way, you seem tired. Come on, let's rest in the Falcon." As much as it hurt me to leave this place without an entire look through the planet, I know he is right.

I nodded and followed him back. I turned just briefly, to glance at the sun set. The sky is majestically colored with all the shades of red, yellow, gold, pink and purple, finished with edges of crimson. As much as I loath this planet, still I can't deny that it has exceptional sun set. Simply Wunderbar.

It took us few hours to reach the good old Millennium Falcon. The moment I climbed in I fell on the pilot seat and turned on the video and message recorder. It has ten messages. That's ... a lot. I pressed a small green button and saw that all of them are from Ben. Something important must have happened. I only hope is good.

"Wow, that is a lot! Ben is either worried or something happened, come on let's see." Finn added and hopped into his copilot seat. I looked at him, uncertainly. He read my expression and signed sadly. "Come on Rey, whatever it is you will have to find out eventually, and what does Poe always say?"

"Positive thoughts end with positive results." I smiled for a moment.

"Yeah, that's right, come on now, think positive and press the play button" Finn said cheerfully, only to make me feel better and calmer. I did what he said, and pressed the play button. For a second there was nothing, just some strange noise, but then the voice of my husband rang in the cabin.

"Rey, Ben's speaking, I hope you receive this message because it is of great importance. You must return back to the base at once. There are news about Dorothylla. I know where she and Luke are being kept, and that is not the only thing. There is something you must know, something personal. I don't know everything but soon together we will find out. My mother believes our daughter is unharmed, and I trust her words. Rey, you must know this, and I don't know how to say it, but Dorothylla is being kept in the hands..." He stopped at the moment, and I felt like my heart stopped beating along with his voice. "In the hands of your father, of your biological father." And just like that the connection was cut off...

So guys the new chapter is up! Hope you enjoy it.

Rey finally found out about the secret, but there is more behind it. How will she react when she comes back to the Base?

Thanks for all you guys who vote and comment, that makes me very happy.
