When she stepped off the plane, she could feel her heart thumping wildly. She had questioned the reason to why she came back after a short time period of six months but all she could think of is Jungkook. She knew she couldn't hide from him anymore and she had to face the music. She ran away, like a coward and cut him out of her life, knowing that he would be the other half of her that she would yearn her. She thought she wouldn't need him and leaving would be the best choice she could ever make.

But she was wrong. Very wrong.

When she was overseas studying, all that she could think off was that it wasn't right. She went there for a fresh start but she couldn't leave her past behind. It felt like an open ended question that was never answered and the question was burned into her mind.

She knew coming back would give her an answer.

So, she came back.

Maybe deep in her heart, she knew that Jungkook was the answer. However, she would never believe in that.

When she left, Jungkook practiced his dance, a lot. He tried to keep his mind off her and dancing seemed like the only way to do so, so that's what he did. He would tire himself out, go home, shower and have a meal before knocking out. Then the cycle repeats. His crush was not like what he had thought she would be like. Yeah, she was his ideal girl and all that he wants.

But not what he needs.

He needed the girl that secretly spied on him when he was helping the old lady. She never knew that he knew but he was glad that he had caught her eye.

He needed the girl who would stay up until 3am with him just to talk about the most random things and they would never get tired of it.

He needed the girl that would call him during her work time when he was sick just to check up on him and bring soup over whenever she gets off from work.

He needed the girl all the time, but he only realized what he had lost when she's gone.

As she unpacked the last of her things, she decided to take a walk and see how much had changed in the past few months. Luckily for her, it didn't seem like she had missed much. The ice cream shop just down the street is still there, just repainted and a few new flavours were added. However, they could never replace her favourite.

She headed towards the mall and was sad to find out that the thrift shop had closed down due to not having business at all. Jungkook and her used to go to the thrift shop and make the most ridiculous outfits they can with all the clothes they can find. This adventure will only end when the shop owners realized that they were not there to buy stuff and chase them out.
