"Hey! My boyfriend is coming so open the door for him when he comes, alright? I will be having a shower so just entertain him a bit for me. Thanks sis!"

"No problem unnie!" She replied and then sighed. Her boyfriend was none other than Jung Hoseok. Oh, how she wished she was his girlfriend instead. His laughter, his smile, the way his eyes turn to cresents as he smiles brightly, everything about him just attracted her to him. However, she can't do that to her own older sister. They were connected by blood and their relationship is way more important to her than any other she had. She would gladly lose all connections with her best friends than to lose her own sister. They told each other every single secrets they had.

But she had to keep this one to herself.

She can't tell her own sister that she had a crush on her boyfriend. It would ruin the relationship between them and her friendship with Hoseok.

However, when Hoseok smiles at her, her heart skips a beat.

When Hoseok ruffles and plays with her hair, her heart drops to her stomach.

When Hoseok pulls her close to hug her and take a photo with her, she feels as if she was going to faint.

"This is wrong," she would silently tell herself but she just can't seemed to control her feelings for him.

 .

When the doorbell rang, she knew he was here and flung the door over. "Ahhh, it's you!" He yelled loudly as he jumped at her and pulled her close to him. "Hoseok, calm down!" She screamed in between her laughs. She can't deny the fact that her heart was about to burst out of its spot at that moment once his arms came into contact with her waist. She knew it was a friendly gesture since Hoseok was comfortable with skinship with people he was comfortable with. However, she couldn't contain her heart.

Once Hoseok put her down, she quickly took a step back, trying to keep a space between them before she gets too emotional. Hoseok stayed in front of her, laughing till tears almost came out from his eyes. He threw himself onto the couch, being comfortable with the multiple times that he had been to their house. "I guess your sister is still showering?" He asked, looking around for his girlfriend. Nodding quietly, she placed a cup of water in front of him, a habit she had ever since he started hanging out at her house. It used to be him asking her for a cup of water since she was younger. She remembered telling him that it was a stupid logic of his but she would always end up giving it to him. He smiled at her as he grabbed onto the handle of the cup and took a sip. "Ah, this tastes so good!" He exclaims out loud, making her laugh. "Hoseok ah, it's just plain water." She sighed as she took a seat beside him.

"It just tastes better when someone serves it to you." He replied as he reached out to mess her hair up. "Don't do that! It took me quite awhile to make it tame down!" She yelled as she tried to pull his hands away. "Why try? I always see you with messy hair. Is it for a boy?" He teased, messing up her hair more. Her face was tinted pink slightly when she heard that. Once he saw it, he just made it messier due to his excitement. "Is it for me?" He teased again, making her blush harder. "Stop teasing me!" She finally managed to pull his hands away and made some space between them. Hoseok stayed at his seat as he laughed, grabbing his stomach.

.

She watched from the side as he wrapped his arms around her older sister. He was very in love with her sister and sometimes she wished she was her. It hurts her so much and she always scolds herself for wishing to be her sister just for a boy. His sunshine personality was all she looked for in her ideal guy but her ideal guy fell for her sister instead.

She can't turn back time and meet Hoseok earlier, she can't just break them up as well. She can only silently watch the couple fall in love with each other every time they meet.

Knowing that she couldn't take it anymore, she stood up and walked towards her room. She knew that she would burst into tears if she had stayed with them any longer. Her emotions were uncontrollable for some reason that day. She was afraid if she had stayed there any longer, she would act reckless and reveal her all her feelings.

Destroying her relationship with her sister.

Destroying her relationship with Hoseok.

Destroying her sister's and Hoseok's relationship.

She can't be the boulder between them and she didn't have the heart to break three hearts, so the only other option was to leave her heart broken and wait for someone else to piece them back together.

"Hey, where are you going?" Hoseok softly called out to her.

Don't make this any harder.

She turned back and gave him a weak smile.

"Back to my room, I am feeling a little sick." Hearing that, her sister shot up from her resting position and gave her a worried expression. "Are you okay? Do you need anything?" Her concern just made her feel worse on the inside.

"Don't worry unnie, it is probably because I slept very little. I just need to sleep, that's all." She waved it off, hoping it would work. Looking at her with worry, her sister just simply nodded.

As she turned and walked back to her room, she tried to hold back the tears but one still flowed down her face.

You have a treasure there unnie, please treat him well.
