As she stumbled from the alley where she had confronted Taehyung to Jimin's car, tears were rolling down her face and they mixed with her mascara. Within minutes, Jimin was running form the bar and towards her. Without another word, he held her in his embrace.

That night, Jimin drove around the city, making sure that she cried till she was done before sending her home. After hanging out with her for the past few weeks, it was safe to say that Jimin saw her like a little sister he never had. Jimin was pissed off at Taehyung for not seeing what he had in front of him and only realising it the moment he lost it. He wanted to give Taehyung a piece of his mind when he approached him at the party, saying that she needed him to go out there. However, he bit his tongue, preventing his harsh words to come out. He slammed his drink down before grabbing his jacket, rushing out to meet her.

As Jimin got home that night, Taehyung was sitting on couch, his eyes almost closing and his arms were wrapped loosely around a pillow. He was still in the suit he had worn for the party and his socks were barely off his feet. Clearing his throat loudly, Jimin carelessly threw his jacket on the couch and removed his shoes and socks. As he walked towards his room, he could heard Taehyung following behind him, waiting for the perfect moment to talk.

"What do you want Taehyung?" He asked. Taehyung had been standing by his bed in silence for more than ten minutes, not daring to speak up or ask anything and to be honest, it was getting on Jimin's nerves. "I-I was just wondering-" Before he could continue, Jimin let out a dry chuckle.

"Wondering? Just wondering? Oh how wonderful to know that you are taking this situation so lightly!" Jimin knew that Taehyung just chose the wrong words but he couldn't help it but to flare up. He had drove her around for more than four hours and by the time he got home, it was 2am. Not only was he tired but he had to hear and see her cry for such a long time. It drove him crazy knowing that the only possible cure for her heartbreak was to move on from Taehyung but he knew it was impossible when she confessed about her feelings. They were pure and deep, very hard to get rid off. It hurt his heart knowing that someone he saw as a little sister crying her heart out to him and saying that her heart hurts every few minutes in the car.

"Did you know how painful it was for me to hear her saying, "my heart, it hurts."? Did you know?" He shouted at Taehyung, shoving him. Being like a punching bag, Taehyung stood still and let Jimin pushed him. "She was crying so much. But did you know that she still had you in her head the whole time she was crying? She said that you would be happier if she was out of your life. That you and Mihee would have no interference in your relationship. She was muttering and saying such bullshit that I can't even stand! It was driving me crazy and hurting me. Imagine how much it is hurting her! " Jimin's face was burning red with anger and his throat felt raw at the end of his short but impactful speech. At that point of time, Seokjin and Yoongi had ran into the room with Jungkook. They were afraid that the boys were going to fight and Yoongi was already prepared to be the blockage in between both of them. However, no fight happened. It was just silence and Jimin's heavy breathing.

"I know it hurt her a lot. But did you even think about how much it is hurting me? My best friend just confessed her feelings for me and pushed me away. Locked me out of her life even! She didn't even give me a chance to fight for her. She didn't even let me speak! She didn't even let me say what I want to say! I was over the moon when she confessed and I broke up with Mihee for her! I wanted to say that I loved her and I would choose her over Mihee but I never got the chance to! Because she left! "

Silence.

"Did you really meant what you've said?"

"Every word, hyung."

"Then go get her, don't keep her waiting. She has been doing that for the past few years."

"Yes hyung."

"And Taehyung? Make sure she is your number one from now on."

"She always has been, I just never treated her like one. But now, I know."
