{Five months before.}

You used to tell me that you loved me once.

"I love you." Jungkook said, before turning the lights off, going to sleep. "I love you too." She replied. It was a common thing for them to say that to each other before falling asleep because they felt that the other party needs to know that they still loved them. The butterflies in their stomachs never died, and to them at that time, they never will.

{Three months before.}

We used to never go to bed angry but it's all we ever do lately.

"You can't keep going out to bars Jungkook! You are going to get alcohol poisoning one day at this rate." She scolded him as he came back from the bar at 2am in the morning for the 4th that week. "It's my job! Plus we just won another award, can't you just let me celebrate?" He shouted back even louder, not caring if the neighbours heard them. "Yes you can but-" "I'm going to bed." He said, brushing her words off like they were nothing.

Going into their shared bedroom after cooling down, she saw Jungkook asleep already. She sighed. Were they going to get better? She can only hope.

{two months before.}

You say I'm crazy and there's nothing wrong. You're lying and you know I know.

"Jungkook, we really have to fix this if we want to save our relationship. Please, listen to me." She pleaded as she grabbed onto his arm.

He harshly shook her off.

"This is nonsense! There is nothing wrong with this relationship! It's just in your head, stop thinking that there is a problem when there isn't." He said, before walking away not making eye contact with me.

"You know I know that you are lying right Jungkook?" She whispered to herself, tears falling from her eyes and down her face for the second time that day.

{one month before.}

They were breathing heavily as he turned himself away from her. They had been screaming at each other at the top of their lungs as they fought that night, again.

As they were calming down, she finally asked the question that was burning in her mind.

"Jungkook, do you hate me?"

He simply just turned and walked away.

"Jungkook, don't you know that the fate of this relationship is in your hands? I gave you my whole heart. It's up to you whether you want to fix it or break it!"

No, this isn't fair.

"I could just walk away but just one look from you, I stayed. But for me, no matter how much I plead for you to stay that night, you walk away. Do you know how long ago we last had a proper date Jungkook? And don't you blame it on your schedule, we both know that you had free time. This isn't fair for me!"

"It's up to you whether you want to stay or not. You stay and be committed, if not, you go and never come back. I'm sick and tired Jungkook! It's either you love me or you leave me. Please, just give me an answer."

She didn't even look at him after she finished her speech. She just walked into their bedroom and slept as he stood outside, stunned by her reaction.

Soon, she woke up.

The warmth on the bed told her that he stayed.
