You taken everything,
you've taken it all;
you stole my rise
so that I would fall.
                              You stole my possessions,
my heart, mind and soul,
you tried to fool me,
replacing them with coal.
                              But my heart, I do value,
so much more than you ever have;
You took advantage of that,
You took and never gave.

An Amalgamation of Words
