Maybe if I try harder, it'll show,
Maybe if I cry harder, I'll know,
Maybe I'm not trying, and that's why nothing works,
Maybe I'm through crying, and that's why nothing hurts,
Maybe I've tried all I can, there's nothing that can be done,
Maybe I've cried all I can and all my tears are gone.
