White walls and scrubbed floors,
Yellows signs and purple doors.
Computer screens and piles of notes,
Squeaky clean shoes and navy coats.
Blood vials and prescription pills,
Medication drawers and high windowsills.
Crisp uniform and names on pins,
Tied back hair and sterile bins.
Patients and doctors, one in the same,
Remind me again, why have I came?
