Blood
I shook my head. I was hungry.
Blood
It crossed my mind.
I had to go out and eat. I hand to, it's my way of survival. I ran.
Across state lines in less than five minutes.
I lured my prey over. I knew it was someone's relative, but at that moment the monster in me came to life.
Hours later...
I stopped at her house, she left me a note saying she couldn't go see Charlie today, she was going camping.
I searched the forest. I realized that she wouldn't be here yet. I waited until my ears picked up the gentle hum of a car. I ran.
It was her and her friend who's name was Mallory. Mallory introduced herself to me at the diner. I didn't care for her, it was better if she didn't know who I was.
I stood in my tree watching them set up camp. They were easy prey for anyone out here, especially the Wolven.
I disappeared and I could feel myself rejuvenated from my last meal, but I was still hungry, yet for something else.
I went back that night so I could guard them in case someone had their eyes on the girls camping.
A familiar black mop of hair appeared in my view on a tree in front of me.
Reed
"Hello brother of mine." The corners of his mouth twisted up in a evil way.
This wasn't good if they sent Reed to watch over me. Great job, you've screwed up majorly.
