There were a few cases of a vampire touching a human without the intent to feed.
But those were all in the past and nothing more current, so the Elders had no idea what would happen to Kenzie. Or how long each stage was or what stage she was in.
The only lead I had on Kenzie's whereabouts was she moved to California.
I had gotten the feeding process down and I learned that we only need to feed about once a month to keep us living and breathing normally. Occassionally twice if we were older.
I feed successfully today, I feel bad for the other three I managed to kill, but an Elder feed on them so they wouldn't exactly die in vain.
Now my next problem to face, was to find her.
