I'm dying. Literally.
I went for a run for the first time in a long while, I think I dragged Mallory on one once.
I went alone today. We always joked about you moving close to me. I didn't mean it like this. I was tempted to stop, but I just ran past.
I was going to visit tonight, but I think I am waiting for Friday night. It can be our new thing...until college.
Okay, back to me dying. I pushed myself hard just like you pushed me back then.
It was nice, I sung my songs and my mind cleared. Feeling the pavement under my feet, of course not directly since I had shoes on.
I kept looking over my shoulder expecting to see you dying next to me. You always hated how I lived outside of town so we had to run in and back out.
Now you're forever down the road from my house.
