God leaving the house brought up so many memories, bad ones.

The last night in the house my dream was a nightmare it was me reliving my night of horror.

It started off with me going to the Summer on the Beach party for the year. I didn't drink and Charlie couldn't come with me due to Ariel's birthday party. This is the party where I met Mallory. This was the party that changed everything.

Flash back time...

I was drinking a root beer I had brought for myself. It was pretty early and not many people were here yet since the older kids showed up around seven. Nothing was happening and I had to pee so I left the beach and I knew the walk to the closest gas station from the beach was five minutes so I walked.

I made it there safely and I used the bathroom and I bought another root beer. I didn't think it was far to use their services without buying anything. I stepped outside the gas station and I saw something that made me scream, which put me into the situation I got into.

I had no idea what the thing was. It was truly a beast.

I screamed when I saw a woman's served head.

It looked at me. I think I forgot to breathe.

Then it came towards me and I ran. I called Charlie. I didn't know what else to do.

On the phone with Charlie I hurriedly told him to meet me at the Hidden Lake, I had no idea where else to go.

With an imminent death, or that's what it looked like, there was only one person on my mind. And that was my best friend, Charlie.

Remember the end of the phone call. He was telling me that I had to trust his friend and that they'd be there soon and he loved me. In the most platonic way though.

I got to the lake and I was running on the other side of the cliff on the other side of the lake. I saw Charlie and him standing there. I didn't like his friend Michael.

I kept looking back every so often to see the progress I had made on the beast. I tripped. It was going to lunge for me. I shrieked and curled into a ball.

I didn't see Michael pick me up and carry me over and past where Charlie stood. He set me down just in time to see the thing lunge over the crossing and land on Charlie. Then it took its claw and raked down his body from his neck to his leg.

I cried out. The thing seemed to disappear in thin air and I looked at Michael calling an ambulance.

"CHARLIE!"

The blood flowed out of his body grew expontentially.

"Do SOMETHING!" I yelled at Michael.

I knew what he was and he was the only one who could fathom trying to help.

He estimated that the emergency services would be here in ten minutes.

Michael walked over to Charlie and did what he needed to save his life and give me an immortal life.

The sirens neared and he finished with a minute to spare. The people were coming to the area and I passed out next to Charlie in his blood with Charlie face, pale.
