day 87 // colours

You and Jesse stayed in Seattle for two weeks. On the first week Jesse was working on his project and on the second week you both decided to stay in there in order to visit interesting places and just enjoy your adventure. You've spent your days in the hotel and nights - walking around the city . You liked the time you've spent there with him. It was magical.

Especially when you were sitting on the rocks and watching sunset. In that moments you felt inlove and happy. Jesse was hugging you tight and kissing your neck. The wind was blowing through your hair. And then, Jesse tried to steal the sun for you while the sunset. He put his palms infront of you as if the sun is going to dissapear in his arms; as if he will just put his palms together and it will stay there. He finished closing his palms and the sun dissapeared. Then Jesse put his palms on yours and acted as if there was something hot in there. " I've stolen the sun for you. I believe, I can stole the stars if you need them" He was so romantic. You smiled and kissed him, taking his palms in yours. You remembered that moment for the rest of your life.

In your last day in Seattle Jesse decided to do a beach picnic and insisted that he will do all preparations alone.
You were sitting on the blanket on the empty beach. It was your luck that there was noone there. The sun was going down. You felt the cold breeze of the waves coming to the coast. Jesse brought with him big basket with fruits and bottle of wine. The warm wind was blowing through your hair.
Jesse opened a bottle of wine and you both drunk it feeding each other with grapes. It was time for you two and no one else.

You were laying on the blanket, holding each others hands and watching the sky.
" Isn't this colour of the sky is beautiful?" Jesse asked.
Sky was beautiful. There were clouds but what a colour! Because of sunset the were two colours - blue and pink. They were beautifully combined.
" Yes, it is" you smiled.
" It reminds me of us. Blue and pink" he said
" Why?"
" I just remembered that you wrote me once in 4 a.m. to ask me with which colour I associate you?" you heard him smiling and remembered that conversation. Everything became clear but you didn't wanted to interrupt him. " You told me, that I'm light blue, I agree, blue is my favorite colour. And I told you that you are sunset pink"
You couldn't help smiling, but still was listening.
" And that fact that sky is half blue, half pink right now - makes me very happy. You'll ask why and my answer is..." he started stroking your hand " I guess I believe in signs of destiny. And I consider this one... " he pointed on the sky " ... with meaning that I'm with right person"
You was happy and touched. Sometimes he was way too romantic and you thought that you didn't deserved him.
You turned to him, while he was still looking at the skies and kissed him on his cheek. He smiled and you felt that on your lips. It was your time to surprise him. You stood up and started taking off your cold little dress. Jesse sat and looked at you with his eyebrow raised. You were in your swimsuit.
" What is it? What are you going to do?" he started asking but you only smiled " Y/N? Swimming? It's too cold, honey"
You looked at him for a moment
" And also I'm not into swimming, actually" you said and ran to the water.
Your words made him move. He took off his shirt and ran after you.

The water wasn't too cold. And you decided to disappear for a little time. You took a breath and went under the water. Jesse stepped into the water and started searching you. When he dived you were taking some air and vice versa. But once when you dived you felt someones arms around your waist and you breathed out all air. Those arms took you off from the water to grab the air.

" I do also know how to catch a mermaid" you heard Jesse's voice and smiled. His hair wasn't curly anymore,his lips turned slighty blue and skin became pale, but still he was smiling.
" Okay, you found me"
" So what is my prize then?"
" Have no idea" you said teasing him and avoiding eyecontact with him.
" Then I'll chose one" he pressed you closer to him and started kissing. His hands were on your back and your hand ran through his hair and other one placed on his shoulder. Your kiss fastly became passionate. When there was no air to breathe you stopped kissing him and looked at him.
" I love you so bloody much, Jesse" you said breathing heavily but still with smile on your face.
