School starts to pile up and i get stressed
This all happens in our lives
I have an art class and had to turn in all these projects due the next day and i was freaking out and stayed up till 11 doin projects. I also had to memorize some proofs.
Plus chores
Plus trying to stay sane through the process
When these times i just to grab a book and hide in a corner and just read and forget my reality.
But you cant sadly.... We have to stay strong and keep going!!!!!!
I usually take a big deep breath and just try to calm myself and just do the process of elimination
Just pray and just ask for help from God and just ask him how you are goin to get through this
God is there and he usually keeps me sane
I did have a spasm the other day
I needed help and everyone was saying excuses to not help me
Well im on the verge of tears and then someone tells me to take the dogs out
"Hey u the dogs at the door" "you know..... Its light out sooo... You need to take the dogs out"
Of course it gets annoying when im stressed and concentrating and now i have a sibling teasing me to take the dogs out every 5 seconds.
So i get up and grab the stupid leashes and tell the dogs to come to me
They thinkin i want to play and run
Well that was the wrong move cuz i was beyond pissed tearing up
I grab the leash and scream at the top of my lungs and start chasing to dog
I was goin to beat the crap out of that fur ball
Then people saw i wasnt in the playful mood and hooked them up for me and i snatched the leashes and went outside
While outside i calmed myself and i felt God speak to me saying little thoughts like
"Was the right way to act"
I felt convicted and i know i have anger issues and that was a little spasm
God is still working with me and i need to control it.
God wants me to go to him and ask for him to help me to calm down
If you put matters in God's hands, things will go better
If you put your circumstances in your hands, then it might get a little hectic and struggles will be more harder to bare.
Proverbs 29:11 - A fool uttereth all his mind: but a wise [man] keepeth it in till afterwards.
Proverbs 15:18 - A wrathful man stirreth up strife: but [he that is] slow to anger appeaseth strife.
Colossians 3:8 - But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth.
James 1:19 - Wherefore, my beloved brethren, let every man be swift to hear, slow to speak, slow to wrath:
Ephesians 4:27 - Neither give place to the devil.
Psalms 37:8-9 - Cease from anger, and forsake wrath: fret not thyself in any wise to do evil.
Hebrews 11:1-40 - Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen....
Ephesians 4:26 - Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath:
Proverbs 16:32 - [He that is] slow to anger [is] better than the mighty; and he that ruleth his spirit than he that taketh a city.
Controlling your anger and keeping yourself calm in a hard situation makes u a better person and God will bless you for keeping hold of yourself.
God sees you and will do the reaping for you
Holding in your anger can also keep you from saying things "in the moment" that will soon be thought of as regretful for saying and doin those actions.
No one is perfect and God knows we have little spasms
God has UNLIMITED grace and love
No matter how much you have screwed up
And i mean it!!!
God is ready to take you in his arms and just love you and take care of you
Jesus came to earth not to hang with the righteous people but for the unrighteous and the sinners.
Its like goin to a meet and greet place but you know everyone but ignore the new people
Jesus wants you to accept him and believe he is the son of God who died on the cross for your sins and rose again 3 days later
God loves you!!!!!!
