Pasensya kung sabaw ang update ko sa chapter 14, actually hindi ako satisfied sa gawa ko doon, ewan ko ba kung ba't ko in-update yun. Lol. Anyways, I'll just make bawi, since wala naman kaming pasok ng 2 weeks! Yay! Happy Reading. :D

The next day, Ford and I headed to the toy's store to buy Emily a gift, sinabay na din namin yung pagbili ng sapatos para sa costume ko. Ang daya nga eh, kasi ako naka-costume tapos siya, naka casual!


"Maayos ba?" Sinukat ko yung costume at pinakita ko sa kanya. Tinignan niya lang ako ng parang nawiwirduhan, at tinaasan pa ako ng isang kilay. Nakaka-conscious tuloy.


"Yeah, that will do. Let's go." Walang ganang sabi niya tsaka dumiretcho sa labas. His old self is back again. Sungit!


"Hindi ka man lang ba magko-costume?" I asked trying to have a small talk.


"I don't do costumes." I just shrugged. I feel kasi na ayaw niyang kausapin ako. Tss, di wag.


After a couple minutes, we finally arrived. Hiyang-hiya akong lumabas ng kotse, ba naman kasi, ang iksi ng damit ko tapos tube pa!


I'm not saying that I've never worn clothes like this before, but the thing is, this is a children's party! Baka mamaya isipin pa nila na pati ba naman dito naglalandi ako.


"What are you waiting for?" Medyo malayo na siya sa akin nung napansin niya na hindi pa pala ako nanakasunod. I shook my head at him. "What?" He asked annoyingly.


"Ehhh. Ang iksi kasi ng damit ko. I'm not used to it."


"Really? You're not used to it?" Somewhat there's a sarcastic smile formed on his lips. I glared at him.


"I'm not used to wearing this in a children's party!" I said sternly. He frowned and rolled his eyes.


"Look, what are you fearing of?" Napayuko ako sa tinanong niya.


"Baka mamaya, isipin ng mga tao diyan na ang halay ng suot ko tapos children's party pa." Nilapitan niya ako at nag-sigh.


"They won't, okay?" He said softly kaya medyo kinilabutan ako sa kanya. His voice was husky yet so sexy....... WTH Alex!?


"Why won't they?" I looked up unto him.


"Because you're with me." He then held my hand and pulled me closer to him, enough for me to smell his scent. We started walking while all eyes were on us. I can't help but to smile while I hid my blushing face. Did he actually say that?

"Hindi pa ba lalabas si Emily?" Tanong ko sa kanya na lamon ng lamon sa tabi ng chocolate fountain. Alam mo yung pasimpleng kumukuha ng mga candies tapos isa isang niya sinasawsaw si chocolate? Siya yun eh! Malapit kasi yung table namin sa mga pagkain kaya take advantage ang loko!


Busying-busy yung announcer na mag-announce sa harap tapos siya lamon nang lamon. Jusme, parang hindi si Ford 'tong nakikita ko! Yung mukha niya parang ang cute na bata na nakakaninis!


"Huy! Nagtatanong ako, takaw nito!" Hindi niya ako pinansin at subo lang siya ng subo. Somehow, he kinda reminds me of Tristan. Pareho silang matakaw.


"I haven't eaten yet. Stop bugging me." He mumbled.


"Fine! Pupunta lang ako CR"


"Mmm-Whatever." He said chewing. Sus, sana hindi na pala ako nagpaalam. -___- Dumiretcho nalang ako sa CR. Nakakasira ng makeup yang lalaki na yan. Shocks!


Umakyat ako sa taas kung saan nakalagay yung mga vending machines. Oo nga pala, sa ospital din kasi ginanap yung party, kung baga sa free room nila inarranged yun.

"A-Alex?" Napa lingon ako nung narinig ko yung pangalan ko.


"Miko?" Di ko alam kung matatawa ako na ewan dahil sa suot niya. "Seriously? Peter Pan, Miko?" He just shrugged and smiled.


"Ayaw mo yun? We're match!" Napailing nalang tuloy ako habang nakangiti. He looked at me straight through the eyes and said.


"You're so beautiful." That very moment I thought my stomach will explode because of the butterflies rambling inside. I blushed instantly. Am I really Alex? Bakit parang hindi na ako sanay tuwing may nagko-compliment sa akin? Would this be a sign that I'm turning humble na? Lol. Can't be.


"Am I really that honest to make you speechless, sweet?" And boom, that made me blush once more. His boyish smile and the way his small dimples show up. He's so cutie!


"Tama na nga! Busog na busog na ako sa kakapuri mo!" I said diverting my attention. Lalo kasi akong nagba-blush tuwing naaalala ko yung mga compliment niya.


He chuckled slightly. "Where's Ford?"


"Iniwan ko. He's eating there." He shook his head reluctantly. "Something wrong?" I asked him when I saw that his being uneasy.


"He shouldn't be leaving you here." He seriously said.


"No it's okay. Actually magc-cr lang naman talaga ako." I told him assuringly. "By the way, kilala mo rin ba si Emily?" He sighed.


"Actually, no. But, maybe I'll get to meet her later."


"H-ha? Paano mo nalaman na pupunta ako dito? Tsaka paano ka nakapasok?" Smirking, he looked at me.


"Connection, Alex. I have connections everywhere. Besides, my real intention here was not really about the party. It's about you. I told you, I promised to Tristan that I'll keep an eye on you" Natauhan ako sa sinabi niya. Grabe naman si Tristan, daig pa nanay ko.


"Hehe- weird mo!"


"I'll take that as a thank you coming from you." He smiled. "So, aren't you going to introduce me to Emily?" Then that hit me. Shoot, asan na ba yung batang yun!


"Oo nga pala. Tara samahan mo ako sa baba." We both went down and searched for Emily.


Pagbaba namin ay nakita na namin agad si Emily na naka-upo sa may gilid. She's wearing a gown, awwwh cutie pie.


"Ayun si Emily oh!" I told Miko pointing where Emily is.


"Ang cute naman pala!" I nodded at him. Dumiretcho na kami papunta kay Emily.


Sandaling nilibot ko muna ang paningin ko para hanapin si Ford. It's not really that crowded that's why I found him easily. Our eyes met and locked with each other, his looking at me relentlessly. I can't move nor can't remove my eyes on him it's like there's something between us that keep us attracted with each other, especially when I found out that Jessie's arms were encircled at his, and I could tell that he's enjoying a simple glimpse of ecstasy coming from Her.


What a flirt bustard.


"Alex, bakit?" I was taken back when Miko spoke.


"May nakita lang ako." I smiled


"Tara?" He offered his hand, I on the other hand accepted it gladly..


"Emilyy!" I almost squealed because of excitement when I saw her. Her eyes widened and hurriedly went to me.


"Mommy!" Tapos bigla niya akong niyakap. "I thought hindi ka na pupunta.." Lumuhod ako sa kanya para maging magkalevel kami.


"Aww, pwede ba naman yun?" Sabi ko tapos hinalikan ko siya sa pisngi. "Happy Birthday." I smiled as I handed her my gift.


"Thank you!" Sabi niya tapos niyakap niya ako ulit. Ang cute na bata. :">


"Nga pala, Emily. I want you to meet Peter Pan." Natatawa kong sabi habang ini-introduce ko sa kanya si Miko.


Si Miko naman ay lumuhod at hinalikan ang kamay ni Emily. Aba loko!


"Happy Birthday, Princess.." Ngingiti ngiti lang si Emily sa kanya. Kinikilig kaya 'tong batang 'to? Binuhat siya ni Miko tapos hinalikan din sa pisngi. "Ba't ang cute mo?" Nakangiting sabi ni Miko kay Emily.


"Hihihihi!" As in ganyan talaga ang pagtawa ni Emily.


"Ay, ang cute namin nila.."


"Bagay, para nilang anak si Emily."


Napatingin ako sa mga tao, talaga bang ako lang ang nakarinig ng mga yun? Kasi nagtatawanan sila Emily at Miko eh. Hindi ko inalis ang tingin ko sa mga tao habang nakangiti ako sa kanila. Pero di ko inaasahan yung sumunod na nangyari.


Ford was standing behind them and his face was stern.


"Daddy!" Agad na napatingin si Miko sa kanya at ibinababa si Emily. Ibig sabihin hindi pa sila nagkikita simula kanina?!


"Hi, baby. How are you?" He suddenly turned out to be soft spoken. Wooo thank you, Emily! Savior ka talaga!


"Okay po ako." Ang laki ng ngiti ni Emily habang sinasabi niya 'yon.


"Daddy? Eh diba mommy ang tawag sayo ni Emily kanina?" Pabulong na tanong ni Miko sa akin. Pero hindi ko nalang siya pinansin.


"Really?" Parang may kinuha si Ford sa bulsa niya at lumuhod siya para ilevel ang mukha niya kay Emily. "Happy Birthday, baby." Hinalikan niya 'to sa noo at may sinabi pa siya pero hindi ko na narinig. Panay din ang tingin sa akin Ford tuwing may sinasabi siya kay Emily.


"I think I should go, baka mamaya kung ano pa magawa ni Ford sa akin." napatingin ako kay Miko ng parang nawiwirduhan.


"Ano?"


"Did you see the way he look at you a while ago? Parang mapapatay ka niya!" I looked at Miko horribly.


"Seryoso!?" Natawa snaman siya.


"Joke lang! Basta, tawag ka nalang sa akin pag may kailangan ka ah?" I nodded and smiled. "Tsaka, kung kailangan mo ng boyfriend, wag ka din magdadalwang isip tawagan ako ha?- ARAAAAY!"Napalo ko tuloy siya ng malakas! Manyak!


"Hay nako, baka ako pa makapatay sayo mamaya. Umuwi ka na!" Natatawa kong sabi. He then left. Abnormal talaga yun.


"You didn't tell me that you invited him." I turned around and saw Ford. Eto na naman ba tayo sa mga moves niya. Alam ko na 'to eh, at alam ko na may problemam na naman 'to sa akin. Nasan na ba si Emily?! Jusme.


"W-where's Emily?" I looked at his broad shoulders and *gulp* Iba nalang pala tinignan ko.


"She left. She said she's going to play with her friends." Inch by inch Ford's moving closer. And me, I'm moving backwards. >___< Nababarok na naman ako sa english ko. Kasi naman eh.


"Ah-hehe!"


"Now tell me, how did Miko get in here?"


"Di ko alam. May connection daw siya!" Oh baket, yan naman talaga sinabi niya ah. Ang sabi niya may connections daw siya. Lol.


"Connections?" I nodded. He stepped once more hanngang sa mga 4-5 inches nalang kami sa isa't isa.


"Di ka naman siguro galit sa akin diba?" He smirked. Worried na nga ako nagawa pang mag-smirk.


"Me, mad? Naah I guess what I'm feeling right now is more like jealousy."


"J-jealousy? Seryoso ka?" Nyemas! Ano pinagsasabi ni Ford?! Hindi niya ba alam na nagha-hyperventilate na ako?! He pursed his lips and look at me intently.


"I'm a straight forward man, Alex. I intend to say what I truly feel, So if I'm smiling then I'm kidding, otherwise I mean what I've said."
