"So how exactly did Peridot find you?" I asked the pink fusion, who was now sitting on the floor of the temple.
"Well," she said, before stopping to unfuse.
"I actually found Peridot walking through the jungle." The purple one explained. "I thought she could help."
"Right." I turned to Peridot. "What about you? You never just trust people off the bat." Peridot shrugged.
"I was stranded. I needed to make contact with the natives and make a good impression." She went back to working on whatever it was.
"Sure, that makes sense." I stood up. "I'm going to go for a walk." Peridot nodded, and I walked out to the porch, pausing before flying away.
