Carter jolted awake when he heard his phone ring. He ran to get it and saw Rocky holding it instead. She handed him the phone and he walked outside.
"Hello?"
No answer.
Carter hung up the phone and walked inside. He was surprised to see Rocky making breakfast. He sat down at the table quietly watching her from a distance. Finally she put the eggs on 2 plates and slid one to him as she sat down.  They ate in silence and cleaned off their plates.
"Do you want to go somewhere today?"
"Not really. Can I just sleep all day?"
"Yea."
Rocky put her plate in the sink and walked into her room. Carter wanted to spend the day with her but it looked like she didn't care for him at the moment. He got dressed and left driving to the park. He sat down at the bench running his fingers through his hair. He let out a breath of air and watched as the cold air hit the trees. He got up and started sprinting. He ran for hours before stopping and wiping the sweat off his fore head.
"I can't do this anymore." He thought to himself as he turned his car on. He drove to a shower house and let the water hit his face as his thoughts hit him. He arrived home and found Rocky asleep on the couch. He ignored her and walked into his room locking the door behind him. He sat down on his bed and pulled his pants off. He laid down, pulling the covers over him as he drifted off to sleep. When he woke up he unlocked the door and walked out. Rocky was already at work,so he put her stuff in boxes. He put it all in a storage truck and drove it to her apartment. He dropped the boxes on the door looking for the spare key. He unlocked her door and put the boxes in the kitchen. He arrived at work 3 hours late. Rocky looked him up and down and he ignored her. She walked over to his desk and set down papers that were signed.
"I expected you to have those sent off in the mail already."
"I thought you would want to look at them first."
"Well you thought wrong."
He got up and pushed Rocky out the way as he walked out of his office. She couldn't figure out why he was so mad so she just did as she was told and put the papers in a big envelope and sent them in the mail. When the day finally ended she decided to head to her apartment instead of his house. When she got home she was shocked to find boxes of all of her stuff in the kitchen. She read a note that was in one of the boxes and a tear dropped from her eye.
Dear Rocky,
I'm sorry I can't do this anymore. I love you,but it seems like you don't feel the same way so I have to move on. I brought your stuff here as a way of telling you that you are now only my PA, nothing more nothing less.
                                        Sincerely,
                                            Carter Jackson
She cried harder as she read the note over and over.
