She couldn't figured out what happened so she just drove home. She stopped in front of her apartment and unlocked the door. Athena was asleep on the couch and Rocky was happy to see she hadn't moved or eaten anything. She undressed and walked over to the couch. The pillow felt like a cloud and she couldn't help but fall asleep on it. She woke up to her alarm clock beeping. She yawned and pressed the snooze button. She heard the pitter-patter of the snow hitting her window and got up. She unplugged the alarm clock and headed towards the kitchen. She made her coffee and watched Athena run around barking at the coffee maker. Rocky got dressed and headed out the door. She let Athena play in the snow as she waited for the car to heat up. Rolling down the window she whistled and opened the door. Athena hopped in and she drove to work. She stood in shock as she watched her employees run around. They had papers everywhere and it was complete chaos. It all went to complete silence when they noticed her watching the door way. A distinctive face appeared. She saw Renae and headed over to her.
"What's going on?"
"Christmas is coming and your employees are trying to finish there work in time so they don't have to work on Christmas."
"I see." Rocky handed her coat to Renae and headed to her office. She let Athena off her leash and she instantly laid down in her bed. Rocky's smile soon turned to a frown when she realized she would be alone for Christmas. She couldn't bear the thought of her sitting in her apartment alone so she pulled out her phone and began to look at houses. She knew it was time to move out and get a bigger place. She went on Zillow and looked for hours not finding anything she put her phone face down on her desk. The clock dinged 6. She put on Athena's leash and slipped on her coat. She heard the snow crunch under her feet as she headed to her car. She sat down waiting for her car to heat up as she looked at more houses. She stopped when she saw a beautiful gray stone house. It was on the border line of New Jersey and it was fascinating. It had a huge back yard,4 rooms, a living room, 3 bathrooms, a kitchen, a dining room, and a indoor hot tub filtered so dogs can swim in it. She smiled as she thought about Athena enjoyed the warm water with her. She texted the phone number listed and set up an appointment to go look at the house.
