Chapter 1

Lilly point of view

Today is my first day to my new school. Since my Dad had a new job here in LA. My Mom decided to move in here. I quickly got ready, packed my bag and went down to the living room where my Mom and Dad are.

"Good morning, honey!" both of them said at the same time. "Morning" I replied them and took the sandwich from the table which my Mom made. "Bye Mom! Bye Dad!" I said and walk towards the front door. "Wait honey! You still haven't ate your sandwich yet" My Mom said. "It's getting late, I'll eat on my way to school" I told and walked to school.

After walking for 15 minutes, I finally reach school. I was so uncomfortable when people keep staring at me. I just ignored them and look for my locker number 229.

I walked down the row, 226, 227, 228 and finally 229. I turned the number combination and placed all my books in it accepted and Maths book as it was my first period.

Suddenly, I felt someone tapped my shoulder; I turned behind and saw two girls. "Hey! You are the new girl right?" one of the girl asked. "Yeah! I'm Lilly and you both are?" I asked. The girl with dark brown said "I'm Rocky and she is CeCe". "Nice to meet you both" I said. "Nice to meet you too!" CeCe replied. My locker was in between them Rocky one was 228 and CeCe one was 230.

Soon the bell rang, we went to our class together. The class was very noisy and that was this group of boys were the loudest and the one in dark brown hair was looking at me. I quickly turned and sit on my seat. I was sitting at the last row the third seat and Rocky and CeCe were behind me.

The teacher walked in and greets the class. Lesson was going on well until someone's ringtones was heard across the classroom. Everyone looked behind and it was the dark brown hair boy talking to his phone. The teacher continued to conduct the lesson. I could not stop thinking about them, who are they and why is the teacher ignoring them when she should be scolding them.

The bell rang again; well the time did run fast. As soon as we walked out of the classroom, I asked Rocky and CeCe "Who are those boys at the back of our class". CeCe answered "They are like a gang and the head is Jason McCann, the boy with dark brown hair, his kind of cute!". Rocky continued "There are rumors that they have murdered people and bombed places but no one knows" she said.

We were sitting on a bench and eating our lunch. We got to know each other well. "Hey, guys-" I was been cut by CeCe "Lily, don't look behind" she said. "What!" I asked confused. "Their looking at you!" CeCe said looking straight behind me. "Who!" I asked still confused. "Jason McCann and gang" Rocky said.

I turned behind and saw them looking at me and smirking then he whisper something into the another guys ear and then he look at me again and nodded. I turn back to Rocey and CeCe "Guys, shall we go back to class?" I asked. They nodded at the same time and walked back to class.

"Why are they looking at me like that, what do that want?" I asked. "We don't know and I think it will be best for you if you don't think about it" Rocky said. The class started to get crowded and lesson continued but my mind isn't on the lesson.

School ended we were out of school walking when Rocky said. "Everyday at 6pm we have dance lesson you want to join?". "Yeah, sure!" I smiled and we walked in opposite direction to go back home.
