19th Chapter : "The File"
Riley POV :
I pushed her against the stool, opening the doors in the process. I pined her against the wall, my lips only leaving hers to make their way to her neck. My hands found their way to her waist, as I pulled her body closer to mine, craving more contact, craving her.
"Riley..."
A moan escapes her lips, making me smile against her skin.
Her hands grab my face, and pull me away from her neck. Before I could even react, her mouth crashed against mine, kissing me furiously. My hands sneaked under her shirt, and almost immediately found her bra.
Things were about to get intimate when suddenly, we heard the restroom's door open. Samantha pushes me away and quickly closes the stool's door.
Her eyes meet mine, and she places a finger on her lips. I just roll my eyes, clearly not liking the way she was reacting.
It was one of the main reasons why this thing we had going on, never worked. Samantha still wasn't out of the closest. She didn't want anyone to know about me and her, and I sometimes think she doesn't want to be seen with me, which kind of really hurts.
She seemed to realize that something was wrong for her eyes softened a little, and I just looked away.
As soon as I heard the person who entered a few seconds ago, leave the restroom, I get out of the stool. Samantha follows behind.
"Riley I-"
She starts, but was cut off by my ringtone.
Worth It by Fifth Harmony, started playing, and it was really tempting to let my phone ring and dance along.
I just love that song so darn much.
Unfortunately I saw the caller, and I knew I had to answer. Plus, I really didn't want to stay anywhere near Samantha at the moment. So I just turn around, and leave the bathroom as I answer the call.
"We need to talk. Now"
He says as soon as I put my phone to my ear.
"Miss me much?"
I joke.
"See you in the library in 5"
Without adding another word, he hangs up on me. Only then do I realize how serious he sounded. It was almost terrifying...the tone he was using...
Putting my phone in the back pocket of my jeans, adjusting my bag back on my shoulder, I make my way to the library.
A few minutes later, I was waiting for him, sitting at a table, close enough to the doors so he would see me when he'd come in. When suddenly, he shows up out of nowhere, and sits in front of me.
I lean back against my chair, fold my arms and cross my legs.
"If you're here to talk to me about what happened with Maya a few moments a-"
Farkle interrupts me.
"No. It's not about that"
Once again, his serious, almost cold tone disturbs me.
Knowing that what was coming, was important, I leaned against the table, resting my arms on it. Seeing that I paying attention, Farkle decides to explain to me what was going on.
"Remember how I followed Lucas at lunch? When he said he needed to meet someone?"
I nod my head.
