A/N - Um... there may be some language... Okay, okay. Gabriel's here for the first part so yeah, there's language. :)

"Meanie... Trust me." I said. "Please." I tapped the picture on my phone. "I need these shoes. We have to find them."

"Nuh uh." He shook his head at me and snapped his fingers. "You, Trouble..." He beeped me on the nose. "Do not need red 'fuck me' heels."

I scowled at him. ""Agreed. That's not what these are."

Sometimes, I didn't know why I bothered.

Yes, he'd been dressing me for what seemed like half my life but it had only been about 4 years. We were all 20 now, with Sean and Mr. Blackbourne both 23. Luke and North had convinced Uncle that it was a good idea to keep the house and the Taylor compound had been transformed into a living space for all of us. I was thrilled, I had my library just like Lily's and Uncle had moved to Nathan's old house as he said he wanted to be close enough to walk to the Diner.

"Would you look at what we've bought so far?" I said as I paused at a tower of reading glasses.

Gabriel gave the clothes a quick glance in the shopping bags and scowled at me as I chose a pair of black rimmed, cat's eyed shaped glasses and tried them on. "Trouble..." He whined. "You don't need glasses. What are you doing?"

"Oh my god, Meanie. Would you just shut up and pay attention... I know it's hard for you to dress me all the time so I thought I'd take a little initiative and spare you the hardship of dressing me for one of the others." I tilted my head, sliding the glasses down to look at him over their tops. I took them off and folded them up, holding on to them and making my way inside the accessory store to purchase them. "And they're not red, "fuck me" heels..." I hissed at him.

"Yes they are."

I glared at him again before paying for the glasses. Hmm, less than $5, I might have to invest in a few more pairs as I had entertained a few ideas that involved glasses. I linked my arm through his and dragged him out of the store and away from eavesdropping ears. "Black pencil skirt...Gray sweater set, thigh high nylons..." I blushed before murmuring the next words. "Gray lacy bra, panties and garter belt... reading glasses." He gave me a blank look. I huffed a sigh. "They're not red 'fuck me' heels. They're MAROON, 'be quiet in my library or you'll have to pay the fine' heels."

Gabriel blinked at me before his ears tinged pink and he grinned at me. "OOOOH.... I get it now." He finally said. "And okay, you need them but slightly different heel..." He took my hand and dragged me through the mall to Nordstrom where he found me a maroon, square toe heel with a strap across the top of my foot. "These." He nodded before shooing me to a chair and flagging down a salesperson to fetch the shoes so I could try them on. I leaned over and kissed his cheek.

"Thank you." I said.

"You're welcome, Trouble." He said gruffly, almost sounding a bit like North. "I have an idea for your hair too so it'll be great. When's your evening...?"

My cheeks turned pink. "Tonight." I squeaked out as the shoes were brought to me. He rolled his eyes but stayed silent as the shoes were put on and I stood up to walk in them. He nodded his approval and I sat down so that they could be boxed up again and we went to pay.

"You certainly didn't leave me much time." He said, accepting the bag as I signed the sales slip.

"I'm sorry. It just sort of hit me this morning that I wanted to do something different for him." I said.

He took my hand again as we headed out to the car. "Well, no worries, Trouble. I am the master. You'll be Blackbourne ready in no time."

"Good." I said. "We have a 7:30 reservation." I smirked at him and he glanced at the clock and yelped slightly before he sped up, practically dragging me again out to the car so we could go home.
