Chloe's POV

I woke up yo the sound of my alarm clock. As usual. I got up and did my morning routine. I grabbed my purse and headed to the door when I noticed my guitar.

My shift starts in about 8:00 am but it was still 6:30 am.

'I guess I still have time' I thought

I picked up my guitar and started tuning it

I had just finished the last note.

I noticed that my guitar had some scratches. So I decided to buy a case for it.

I grabbed some money and  headed outside.

I was in front of the cafe ready to start my shift.

I opened the door revealing Kira and Matthew.

Kira suddenly hugged me!

After we pulled away

"Kira? What's with the hug?" I asked her

"Its because I only get to see you in the morning silly!"she replies while pinching my cheeks

"Stop it! And what are you doing here big bro?" I asked looking at Matthew

"Just had to see my lil' sister!" He said pinching my cheeks

"Whats with people pinching my cheek today?" I mumbled under my breath

My shift just ended. I got my purse and guitar. I headed out the door and went too the specific place where Carlos told me to wait. It was still early since John let me go early. So I decided to go to the place where they sell the cases for guitars. I went inside a nearby shop. I opened the door. I looked for the casual case not too simple and not too much. I was already at the last stall when I spotted the casual case I was looking for. I was about to grab it when another hand touched the case the same time as me. I looked above me since the person is taller than me. My emerald green eyes met icy blue ones. It was a boy. 

He had brown hair, it was messy but it suits him. He wore a black business suit with a red tie. He had black shoes on.

"Excuse me miss... can I get this case?" He asked

"Um... nope! Sorry I've been looking for a case like this in the whole store. So if you wouldn't mind. Can I have it?" I explained while getting the case off of his hands

"Woah!" He said while following behind me

I just shrugged and continued to walk to the cashier. I payed for it and went to the place where I was gonna meet Carlos. I turned around to find him gone.

'Phew!' I thought

I saw Carlos and waved so he could see me

"There you are!" He exclaimed

"Where should I begin?!" I asked with enthusiasm in my voice

He chuckled

"Oh! There would be a bus coming by anytime, then you'll hop in and be a tourist guide!" He exclaimed

"Thanks!" I waved to him goodbye

The bus was right in front of me so I hopped in. I stood in front while the driver gave me a microphone to talk into.

I noticed the brunette boy from earlier in one of the nearby seats. He gave me a smile while I returned with a glare.

I sat behind the driver while he sat behind me. It was like this.

I was just looking at the window and planning on what I should say. When the brunette boy earlier sat next to me.

"Hi Ms. Grumpy Pants, I'm Kyle!" He said while he offered me to shake his hand

Ms. Grumpy Pants! He could have come up with something better.

Wait! Kyle! No no no no no no! Wait I was right, he doesn't remember me! All I have to do is to cover myself up so he wouldn't know I was the girl he met those pass few summers.

I turned my back on him.

"So.... are you gonna tell me your name?" He asked

I thought of a way to deny and at the same time make my self confidence bigger.

"Sorry! I don't give my name to random strangers like you!" I exclaimed while poking his chest.

"Your on!" The assistant said

I stood up. I was gonna start of with introducing myself as Chloe but I figured that Kyle might know it's me so I covered myself up.

"Hello everyone my names Caroline and welcome!" I introduced

What? My name Caroline! So I didn't lie!

"If you look to your left you will see-"

After I explained about the surroundings I sat down in my seat next to Kyle.

"Hi! Caroline!" He exclaimed

Ugh! This is gonna be a long day!
