A Love Worth Waiting For: Chapter 37- Jealousy
***
"Are you sure you can come to school today?"
"I'm sure."
"Chloe, you know you can stay home. I'll stay there with you." The blue haired male looked at me.
"Marco, I told you I'm fine." I reassured him while placing my hand on his shoulder.
"I'm just trying to look out for you."
I sighed and nodded my head.
"I've been trying to protect you ever since."
"What?"
"Don't mind." He smiled as he pulled my hand. We are walking to school.
"Where is your sister?" I asked.
"She had to leave early."

We finally arrived in front of the school campus. There I saw my old group except for Kyle.
He's been missing lately. But I didn't care.
Marco looks at me worriedly as he squeezes my hand. I glanced at him and faked a smile. I know it hurts, but I don't want him to worry. I mouthed the words 'I'm fine'. But that didn't stop him from worrying.
We just continued walking as I felt the glances of my old friends stabbing me in the back. I just shrugged it off and walked with Marco. In the campus, a car was just parked. I tried my best to avoid looking at the car bit it didn't stop my stubborn attitude. The door of the driver's seat opened revealing a familiar brunette male.
Kyle....
He headed to the other car door to open it revealing Claire. I looked behind me to see Nathan avoiding the person in front of them. Which is Claire and Kyle. My heart started to hurt as if I can't breath. I know I have asthma but it's never been this strong before. I held onto my chest as the pain slowly start to increase. I started to become unbalanced.
"Chloe?"
The voice then started to fade. My vision became blurry. I felt like I'm falling until I was caught by a pair of hands. I saw the teal eyed male as he set me gently on his lap.
"Chloe?! Wake up!" I heard his pleads. My vision started to become more worse. My eyesight worsening. Just before my eyes could fully close. I saw a male coming my direction. He knelt down next to me and started gently caressing my hair.
"Please.....wake up."

I fluttered my eyes open as I sat up. I'm in the school clinic.
What happened?
That's the only question in my mind right now. As I sat up, the pain rushed in my head. Making me lie back down. I looked to my right to see Marco sleeping on my bedside.
Did he stay?
I heard the door open as the nurse came out. She gave me a smile as she headed next to me.
"How are you feeling Chloe?" She asked.
"Good." I replied.
"May I ask you a couple questions? Will the be okay?"
"Yes, nurse."
"What happened before you fainted?"
"Well, my breathing wasn't normal. I had a hard time breathing. I know I have asthma and I'm claustrophobic. But this was worse."
