It Started With a Kick (Luhan One Shot + Sequel)

Here's the One Shot :)

Aya's POV

"Oh wow, I didn't realize advanced calculus is very hard for the character in this story!" I commented aloud to my best friend Erin.

Erin rolled her eyes, "The only thing that is unbelievable is your large brain. Newsflash Aya! EVERYBODY hates calculus, well except for you."

I just shook my head. I really don't get why people don't try their hardest to nourish their knowledge, I mean the brain has got to be the most wonderful part of our body!

"You know what, Aya you're hopeless you think to logically, hmm... I know listen to this." Erin put the earphones on my ears and I heard a song. The lyrics goes like this:

 shi bai san ci, ku qi liu ci, zai sheng wu ci, kan dao jin tou

zai ni bei hou wo pei ni go, ye mei you li you zai di zhe tou

"What can you say?" she asked.

"It's good! Maybe I should start learning chinese!" I said with a smile. I looked at her she just seem disappointed with my reaction and stood up. "Hey, Erin where are you going?"

"To get lunch, I'm going to be insane if I stay here a minute longer. Just listen to the song and please just stop thinking too logically." she jogged away from me and passed the field where a group of guys are playing soccer. Lots of girls are screaming, don't ask me why they are wasting their voice.

I just put the earphones back on and closed my eyes leaning my head on the tree. I tried to memorize the lyrics so when I started studying chinese I could easily translate this song.

Because of the music I didn't hear when people say for me to duck all I saw is a ball heading straight at me then hit me at the side of my head. That ferking hurts! Oh no my brain is jostled! Whoever kicked that ball should be thankful I didn't blacked out! Oh correction whoever kicked the ball should hide now cause since I didn't black out I am so going to kick his butt.

I removed the earphones and slowly stood up the soccer ball in my hands. Then this guy suddenly starts to head at my direction. He must've kicked the ball and came to apologize. I don't usually do violence but no one hits my head and gets away with it.

I put the ball down and kicked it at the guy's stomach. He flinched in pain. Humph serves him right. Smart people can do almost anything. I can kick hard because I know how to calculate force. Unlucky for him.

When I was satisfied that he is already hurt I smirked and started walking away. Everyone in the field was silent, well should teach them never to mess with a nerd's head!

But before I could walk at least 4 meters away a hand landed on my arm. I automatically elbowed whoever did that as I was taught in my defense classes. Then I heard a familiar yelp.

I turned around and saw the guy from earlier. Even though he is grabbing his stomach and is bending down his face is still leveled with mine. And did I mentioned it was so close? I could almost smell the shampoo he uses in his golden hair not to mention I started feeling a bit insecure, I mean he's a guy and his skin is fairer than mine! I know he's one of the "heart throbs in campus" but I don't know his name...

"That's two. I decided not to count the first because I started it, but this one..." he trailed of my elbowing him must really hurt.

"Look, I'm sorry okay? Next time don't grab onto a girl's arm without permission." I said when I finally snapped back after realizing I just decribe a completely useless person.

"I'll remember that." he whispered is his face getting nearer? I cleared my throat and stepped back.

I turned around and started walking away. Again.

"Hey! Aya Sakura!" he screamed i stopped walking, I mean come on how on earth does he know my name? Anyway I didn't look back but I did listen and to my surprise here is what he said: "I don't really understand why you don't notice me even though I always keep staring at you. I really like you Aya! My name's Luhan and can you please go out on a date with me?"

Is that a confession?! And who on earth is Lu Han?!
