As Bam walked back to the Integrity, he tried to come up with an explanation for his brothers that wouldn't generate too many questions. They already knew he was escorting Lila back to the lodge and he was not in the mood to deal with their ridiculous questions. He didn't plan to stay so late and he never intended to fall asleep in her room.

Matt spotted Bam walking down the dock and gathered his siblings. "Well if it isn't loverboy...."

Bam grumbled, "Shut up, Matt."

"Did you forget your way home last night?" Matt asked waiting for details.

"Does she have sisters?" Bear asked in his most enthusiastic voice.

Gabe poked Bear and they bellowed with laughter.

"You guys need to grow up." Bam snarled back.

"Someone's grumpy this morning." Noah said with a raised eyebrow.

"Nothing happened." Bam said in his most authoritative voice.

"Well, maybe that's why your so grumpy?" Matt smirked at Bam.

"Jesus, can't you guys leave me alone? This is my private life." Bam stormed to the lower deck.

"Smitten. He's just as smitten with her as she was with him last night. God, help us." Noah shook his head and motioned his brothers to leave Bam to himself.
